Our team building events are selected to provide top class entertainment by using only the best equipment and run by experienced professionals, ranging from authentic Maori tribesmen to experienced West-End performers! We have over 15 years of experience, allowing us to tailor almost any event to match a client’s specific requirement, whether as a standalone event with a lunch or dinner, or as a conference energiser.

Tina BensonTina BensonManaging Director

Tina founded Team Tactics in 1996, having come from a sales and sporting background, initially within IT, then with the sales & marketing of county cricket and various England and county cricketers. She is responsible for bringing new ideas to the business and the client servicing of our major accounts. Rarely seen to be making a cup of tea in the office though often seen on the office floor in between calls with her two black labs! Her love of the events industry is obvious and she cares passionately about maintaining and building relationships with clients and genuinely strives to provide the right event for each and every client.

 

Hellen KellyHellen Kelly - Events Director

Hellen has been an integral part of Team Tactics for over ten years. Her responsibilities cover the overall management of the Events Team and the ultimate running of each event. Hellen’s favourite events include The Henley Festival of Music & Art, Cheltenham, wine challenges, breaking news, School of rock…yes, yes that’s quite enough thank you H! Many clients have enjoyed working with Hellen and her team over the years, in the knowledge that they will be there on the day looking after their every need.

 

Melissa WhiteheadMelissa Whitehead - Sales Executive

Melissa is responsible for the sales side of Team Tactics. Melissa has come from a sales background and previously worked in an Estate Agents and conveyancing. Melissa has always loved working in sales and therefore this role was perfect for her. She’s definitely the most vocal member of our team, and always has a story to share, but she certainly puts a smile on our faces everyday! Her favourite event to date is Henley Royal Regatta and the Corporate Cook Off!

 

Rob SpaulRob SpaulMarketing Executive

The newest addition to the Team Tactics team, Rob joined from the University of Portsmouth having graduated with a 2:1 degree in Marketing. Rob’s in charge of all things marketing (including this new site!). Rob’s favourite events to date are the Thames Power Blast and our VIP Buckingham Palace events.

 

 

Keighley HopperKeighley Hopper – Sales Executive

Keighley works in the sales team at Team Tactics. Keighley has been in sales and management for 10 years and has previously worked in The Recruitment, Travel and Insurance industries. Keighley is naturally bubbly and loves talking to people therefore fits in with The Team Tactics Team perfectly! Keighley’s favorite events to date are 4 x 4 Driving and Cocktail making.

 

 

Carmen GuntherCarmen Gunther - Finance

The quieter end of the office! Carmen is our saviour in all things financial and controls our accounts department with astute care and detail. She is a very important part of our Team Tactics family.
