The iconic BBC Proms in the Park is a musical extravaganza with something to suit all tastes. A superb evening of fine dining and entertainment, this is a hospitality opportunity that you and your guests will not want to pass up.
The BBC Proms in the Park will feature a host of international stars and offers a great way to entertain London based clients. The BBC Proms in the Park will include artists such as Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, José Carreras, Brian May and Kerry Ellis to name a few. The pre-show entertainment will be introduced by BBC Radio 2 Ken Bruce with Bjorn Again featuring.
The BBC Proms in the Park is broadcast on BBC Television and Radio - our hospitality will offer guests a first class view of the stage and excellent cuisine to enjoy this night of musical excellence.

The party gets underway with BBC Radio 2 presenter Ken Bruce introducing the pre show entertainment which will include highlights from One Night of Queen with Gary Mullen and the Works as well as the Counterfeit Stones.
The event is broadcast on BBC Television and Radio plus online across the World with the grand finale from the Royal Albert Hall shown by live feed on giant screens. The BBC Proms in the Park Restaurant offers guests a first class view of the stage and excellent cuisine to enjoy this night of musical excellence.
Guests will have the opportunity of dining in the superb surroundings of the BBC Proms in the Park resaurant whilst viewing the Concert.

How to get to
BBC Proms In The Park :
Hospitality guests should enter the park on foot via North Carriage
Drive, close to Marble Arch tube station, and walk towards the
concert arena. The VIP hospitality entrance is clearly signposted.
It is not advisable to come by car as heavy traffic is expected
and there are minimal car parking facilities in the local area, with
no parking available or vehicles permitted onto the event site.
*Dress Code: smart casual
Please note that this is an outdoor concert and
be advised to bring some warm clothing with you
