What does Team Tactics do?

Three day golf, sailing and spa hospitality programme for factoring company in Portugal. Provided full support for flights, transfers, golf, sailing and spa programmes.
We have been working with Venture Finance for over 8 years. In the early years we provided hospitality packages for various sporting events eg Cricket Test Matches, musical events eg Hampton Court Palace Music Festival, Henley Festival of Music & Art. Venture Finance are a premier independent Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lender with 20 years’ experience helping thousands of businesses.
Venture Finance then commissioned Team Tactics to create a bespoke event moving into the Europe to host a ‘Rest & Relaxation’ programme for their clients in Spain and Portugal. Each year, every event has been hosted at a different five star venues with various high ranking golf courses. For the non-golfers and many of the ladies, the programme incorporated private yacht charter around the stunning waters of the Algarve. Alternatively if all they wanted to do was to be pampered, we provided high end spa treatments at each location.
Over the years, we have provided everything for this event to stand apart from other overseas events.

A two day conference was created incorporating two identical team building activities for our client. Our client is one of Europe's leading frozen food manufacturers, who produce frozen meals for Local Authorities.
The conference was themed Break from the Pack for approx 140 people each day, over 2 days, with each day being identical to allow the release of staff from all areas of the business. All people were Leaders of people, so managers, supervisors, team leaders, works council reps and other influential people driving their strategy forwards across our business units, which are Manufacturing, Customer Service and Distribution, Business Support, Care Homes, Local Authorities and other services (meals on wheels).
The brief was a team building event for 1 hour.
Areas that the team building activity had to incorporate were:
- Business communication and management approachability
- Delivering on promises
- Fairness
- Camaraderie
- Trust
- Teamwork
Team Tactics identified The Bigger Picture as the most ideal event that would fit the brief – essentially one big one, which addresses the main focus of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts. It also highlights the value of many teams working towards one common goal.
The bigger picture tied into some of the objectives, being:
Trust - teams have to communicate and trust each other that each canvas will interlink to the next.
Camaraderie - This will be evident in bundles. The event is hilarious.
Business communication and management approachability - can we involve the management team in the event at the same level as everyone else. If they get hands on with everyone else, it will create a huge amount of respect and allow them be to seen for their natural personalities, not just the their title and seniority.
Teamwork - this event is all about united teamwork. The end product highlights this in a way that no other event will.

This events programme needed to provide traditional English entertaining throughout the day culminating in a high spec Gala Dinner with celebrity bands and awards ceremony.
Accommodation was provided at The 5* London Hilton on Park Lane. Every detail had to be considered, permits to allow visitors to the UK, all transfers to and from the hotel/airport.
All sightseeing was held in an executive coach with all the necessary signage prepared for each coach.
This event we considered, to be ‘up against it’ and ‘pull out all the stops’ because many of the decisions were not made until almost a week leading up the event. However, with the help of some amazing supplier partnerships, we presented a seamless high-end event for our client.
