Cookery Trip to Padstow c/o Rick Stein
Occasionally there are FAM trips that make it to my desk that are too good to turn down and this was one of them. Team Tactics do a huge amount of company cookery events in London and I personally must have visited every cookery school in Central London.

Hospitality at Cheltenham Festival
Although the economic climate is certainly showing that activity levels for corporate hospitality has been tightened, Cheltenham Festival has come around this year very fast and Hellen was only commenting on the fact that she was going to be a busy girl and was planning on wearing flat shoes for Cheltenham Festival 2008.
