This event will appeal to those customers who wish to entertain in central London who look to provide a unique, VIP experience. This top end event incorporates an exclusive tour of Buckingham Palace with either a superb dinner at Mosimanns’ private dining club in Belgravia, in one of their beautiful private rooms OR, prior to the tour, a delightful experience with afternoon tea at The Ritz.
Our tours of Buckingham Palace, depending upon the time of year, commences at 4.00pm or 5.00pm and the tour is led by an expert, professional guide. This rare opportunity enables you to view the State Rooms during a totally exclusive guided tour.
This exclusive tour offers our clients an opportunity to enjoy the State Rooms once the doors have closed to visitors. Your guide will explain how the Palace has evolved from a private royal residence to become one of the most famous and iconic buildings in the world. Enjoy the Palace's gilded ceilings and glittering chandaliers and enjoy the paintings, furniture, sculpture and porcelain.

In our opinion, this is possibly the best way to see Buckingham Palace. The exclusive tour begins in the evening when The Palace has closed it's doors to the public in the day. Expert guides show you around The Palace showing you the nineteen state rooms where The Queen has greeted and entertained many noted dignitaries.
After a tour with an expert guide, groups may enjoy a glass of champagne and a view of the enchanting garden. We offer two dates for this VIP London Experience:

Package Itinerary
- 16.45: Arrive at the Ambassador's entrance to be greeted by the Team Tactics event manager
- 17.00 - 18.30: Private tour or Buckingham Palace by an expert professional guide
- 18.30 - 18.50: Champagne on the Palace's West Terrace
- Guests are transported by private vehicle to Mosimann's
- 19.45: Guests take their seats for dinner

An exhibition of dazzling dresses and spectacular jewels worn by Her Majesty The Queen on official visits to Commonwealth countries will be shown at Buckingham Palace next summer. Dressing For The Royal Tour: The Queen and Commonwealth celebrates the 60th anniversary of the London Declaration of 1949, which recognised the British Sovereign as the Head of the Commonwealth. The Queen has travelled further that any monarch in history and has made 175 visits to Commonwealth countries during her reign.

Tea at The Ritz is an institution in itself and you can experience and savor finely cut sandwiches, a range of stunning pastries, baked scones, and other delicacies together with an exclusive Tour of Buckingham Palace. You can count the pleasure of taking tea at the Ritz Hotel followed by viewing the Queen's Stately home as one of the prestigious moments of your life.

We have regular events at the Cheltenham Festival and Henley Music Festival , and this year we included the private tour of Buckingham Palace. All the events are excellent, professionally managed and stress free for me.
