Corporate Event at Buckingham Palace
Team Tactics are delighted to be able to offer a very special event to our corporate clients. This event will appeal to those customers who wish to entertain in central London who look to provide a unique, VIP experience. This top end event incorporates an exclusive tour of Buckingham Palace with either a superb dinner at Mosimanns’ private dining club in Belgravia, in one of their beautiful private rooms or, prior to the tour, a delightful experience with afternoon tea at The Ritz.
This exclusive tour offers our clients an opportunity to enjoy the State Rooms once the doors have closed to visitors. Your guide will explain how the Palace has evolved from a private royal residence to become one of the most famous and iconic buildings in the world. Enjoy the Palace’s gilded ceilings and glittering chandaliers and enjoy the paintings, furniture, sculpture and porcelain.

Option 1 – Corporate Evening at Buckingham Palace
In our opinion, this is possibly the best way to see Buckingham Palace. The exclusive tour begins in the evening when The Palace has closed it’s doors to the public in the day. Expert guides show you around The Palace showing you the nineteen state rooms where The Queen has greeted and entertained many noted dignitaries. After a tour with an expert guide, groups may enjoy a glass of champagne and a view of the enchanting garden.
After guests have enjoyed their exclusive guided tour around Buckingham Palace they will be transferred to Mosimann’s private dining club, where luxury dining is taken to a new level. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous three course meal in one of the luxuriously appointed private dining rooms.
Option 2 – Tea at The Ritz followed by Tour of Buckingham Palace
The quintessential British event: guests will enjoy traditional afternoon tea at the Ritz Hotel before taking their private guided tour of Buckingham Palace’s nineteen state rooms.
The Ritz Hotel, London is the epitome of luxury and sophistication which has served it’s signature afternoon tea for centuries. Tea at The Ritz is an institution in itself and you can experience and savour finely cut sandwiches, a range of stunning pastries, baked scones, and other delicacies together with an exclusive Tour of Buckingham Palace.

I’m just writing to say how much my partner and myself enjoyed last Friday’s event. It really was a tremendous evening. The tour around Buckingham Palace was excellent as was the meal at Mosimann’s private dining club. On arrival at the hotel we were also lucky enough to have our room upgraded! Many thanks once again for a truly memorable occasion.

Following our recent Client Event at The Ritz and Buckingham Palace, I wanted to write to you to thank you for organising a superb day for our Partners and Clients. The feedback I have received has been excellent and, thanks to the help of you and your team, the day ran seamlessly, was a great success and is certainly something we will consider doing again in the near future.
We have been clients of Team Tactics for a number of years , where their Team have organised a number of hospitality events for our customers and staff. We have regular events at the Cheltenham Festival and Henley Music Festival , and this year we included the private tour of Buckingham Palace. All the events are excellent, professionally managed and stress free for me. Our customers and staff fully appreciate the quality of the events which makes Team Tactics our first choice for our corporate events.
We used Team Tactics when entertaining key clients of our firm on a high brow event at Buckingham Palace. The day was truly memorable and run like clockwork. The event coordinator even assisted too, with great sympathy, one of our clients whom come down with a migraine, which really emphasised their professionalism.
The Ritz provided a perfect venue for us to entertain our client’s. Then on to Buckingham Palace where we had a tour from an extremely knowledgeable and interesting tour guide, topped off with a glass of Champagne. A fabulous unique event that was enjoyed by all who attended.
Once again, it was a fantastic evening at Mosimanns and very well organised. Everyone had such a good time. Obviously I have already spoken to Hellen to thank her but I just wanted to say thanks again!
We received a top class service from start to finish and, most importantly, our clients had a fantastic time. We’ll be looking to use Team Tactics again in the future

The afternoon and timings worked very well. The Ritz superseded expectations (stunning room, fantastic service and lovely food). All the guests also loved the tour, and the guide was incredibly knowledgeable (the coach certainly made things very easy in terms of transporting all guests across). Overall the afternoon was fantastic and all the attendees really enjoyed themselves. Thank you again for all your efforts in the planning and organisation of the afternoon for us.
