Diamond Jubilee Pageant Hospitality at Windsor Castle
The Pageant is a unique event – a perfect way to celebrate The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and entertain your guests. It will not be forgotten, The Queen will attend on the Sunday evening performance and coverage from the three day event will be broadcast exclusively by ITV.
The Pageant truly is a unique and exclusive hospitality opportunity, in which guests will receive first class catering, superb facilities, all at one of the biggest global events of the 21st century so far. Option 1 – Private Viewing Box
Available for the duration of the Pageant, private viewing boxes are the most prestigious and exclusive hospitality facility available. You and your will be able to entertain and enjoy this momentous event from the comfort and privacy of your own area at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant.
The private viewing boxes dress code is black tie. A limited number of private viewing boxes are available for either 20 or 24 guests.
Option 2 – VIP Hospitality Table
A formal dining experience in the specially themed Jubilee Pavilion with reserved covered seats adjacent to the Royal Box. Seating will be on tables of ten guests. The dress code for the VIP Hospitality area is lounge suits.
Your sumptuous three course meal will include starters and mains served before The Pageant, with desserts, cheese, coffee and petit fours served after.
Option 3 – Around the World Hospitality
An informal dining experience within the Members Enclosure offering a tantalising selection of foods from around the world served from themed buffet stations. Reserved seats in the Royal Grandstand facing the stage are included.
The Around the World buffet will be taken before The Pageant followed by coffee, petit fours and a cash bar after.
