Your day at Henley Regatta will be based in the haven of our beautifully designed marquee situated right at the heart of The Henley Royal Regatta. As you soak up the glorious atmosphere in the beautiful designer gardens, be entertained by the spectacle of the rowing which unfolds before you. Our caterers who have this year been awarded a privileged contract will provide more than just the average food and drink on the day. Sumptuous breakfast canapés served with chilled champagne to start of the day followed by more delights throughout.

This year at Henley Regatta we are happy to offer a cruise on an exquiste River Cruise for your group as part of the overall superior experience at Henley Regatta. As well as being a stunning River Launch that catches everybody's eye, our river boat provides another view point of the racing and the general ambience at Henley Regatta . Package Itinerary
10.00 – 10.30am The days’ races commence at 8:30/9:00/9:30am depending on the day but our guests usually arrive around 10 – 10:30am. On arrival you & your guests will be offered Fizz along with a selection of Breakfast Canapes, Pastries, Coffee & Juices. This is the start of the best hospitality day at Henley Regatta you will find!
Enjoy the day as you and your guests please! You can watch the continuous racing throughout the day with the days’ programme & commentary or relax and enjoy the television coverage of Wimbledon, or simply appreciate the quintessential English Landscapes within the environment of your private enclosure (including lounge area and feature bar), whilst delighting in the fine food and wines.
12.30 – 1.00pm Lunch commences from 12.30 at your leisure
3:00 – 3:30pm Afternoon tea at your leisure
6:00pm Bar Closes
6:30pm Guests depart having had a fabulous hospitality day at Henley Regatta

Honey and thyme glazed goats cheese barrel on balsamic croute with beetroot chutney, artichoke hearts and oven fired vine cherry tomatoes dressed with basil

Main Course
Medallions of truffle roasted beef fillet on marinated leek and pepper, new and purple potato salad with light grain mustard dressing, baked baby red bell peppers, garden pea and broad bean salsa, scallop crisp
Bundle of leek wrapped asparagus spears with chervil hollandaise, new and purple potato salad with light grain mustard dressing, roasted baby bell peppers and braised baby fennel, carrot and pepper crisps
Served with crisp gem, red chicory and English watercress salad dressed with light roasted garlic and pine kernels

Team Tactics are pleased to offer a limited number of exclusive boats available for charter at this years Henley Regatta. Offering Champagne or Pimm's receptions and either a buffet or seated lunch, these make for a prestigious client entertianing package.
A private charter on our traditional boats at The Henley Royal Regatta are simply exquisite. Our aim is to simply offer the best private boat charters for Henley, providing a superior boat with superior catering.
Suited for groups between 12 and 60 people; if you would like to express an interest in our boat charters please contact us as demand is always exceptionally high.

Private Boat Charters at Henley Regatta
A distinct advantage of hiring a private boat at Henley is ease of parking and access to your chosen boat. Usually located just outside Henley, this allows guests to park at leisure and enjoy the river cruise to Henley as an instrinsic part of the day.

- Accommodation for Henley Regatta
- We would be delighted to offer our experience of finding suitable hotels around Henley and provide hotel accommodation for your clients if you join us for hospitlality at The Henley Regatta.
- We do find however, that nearby hotels to Henley Regatta will charge a premium and if you travel that little bit further we can negotiate better rates on your behalf.

Submitted by Maria Lockwood I particularly want to praise the high level of customer service we received from Annika and Hellen and also Harriet who was a most excellent and highly professional host. The River Lounge was superb, great location (bit more classy down the quieter end of the course) and enabled very close viewing of the racing. It was beautifully designed and decked out inside and outside and this is a big selling point. Table decorations and layout to be commended. For health and hygiene reasons please have proper salt & pepper pots/grinders. Response from Team Tactics: Thank you for your great feedback Maria, in regards to the salt and pepper dishes i think we were trying to follow other upmarket establishments! We work in the hospitality industry and are pretty fussy but every detail was perfect, from the chill out area and the exclusive 'terrace' right on the Thames to the posh private loos and the ultra cool Bedouin tent. And the hospitality was never-ending from the time we arrived in the morning with Champagne to start until we left on the boat after the lovely afternoon tea. What a perfect day out.
