The Cheltenham Racing Festival is the biggest race in the National Hunt Season. It provides jumping enthusiasts with twenty of the most prestigious races across the three days. The crowd is now limited to 50,000 per day who come to watch the very best horses from Britain, Ireland and Europe. Option 1 – Needham & Needham Boxes
Simply the best hospitality facility at Cheltenham Racecourse. The Needham & Needham structure at the Cheltenham Festival is located in the tented village beside the glass fronted boxes. Our boxes overlook the final two fences in the finishing straight, and offer a magnificent unobstructed view of the whole course. They are unquestionably the best facilities available other than Grandstand Boxes which are owned on an annual basis.
We cater for small parties from 2 guests upwards and we have private boxes with a bar area, closed circuit TV and unique balcony facilities enabling fantastic views of the course. Each box has sliding glass doors which open onto a communal balcony overlooking the course, incorporating a Tote betting facility at one end.
Option 2 – Glass Fronted Viewing Boxes with Balconies
A Glass Fronted box at Cheltenham festival provides a luxurious and comfortable setting from which to enjoy one of the world’s best horse racing festivals. Our glass fronted boxes at Cheltenham are ideally situated overlooking the final two fences and down towards the finishing straight of Cheltenham racecourse, offering superb views of all the racing action. With panoramic views of the stunning countryside surrounding the racecourse our glass fronted boxes offer an exceptional full hospitality experience at the Cheltenham festival.
Choose from either a shared restaurant facility or exclusive box facility at Cheltenham National Hunt Festival. Private boxes are available for 40 guests, smaller bookings can be made for a minimum of 2 people with private tables for 10 guests.
Option 3 – Marquee Hospitality
Located just 50 metres from the Guinness Grandstand our Marquee hospitality option is situated in the tented village. Guests will be in the heart of the action at Cheltenham, close to the Parade Ring and Grandstand, making our Marquee hospitality one of our most popular facilities and superb value for money. Perfect for horse racing fans, this our Marquee hospitality includes a celebrity tipster and Tote betting facilities.
Included within this hospitality package is a Tattersalls admission ticket. This can be upgraded to a Club Enclosure admission badge for £4o per person plus VAT. The purchase of a Club Admission badge for the Festival also entitles race goers to use all of the facilities within Tattersalls. For groups of 8-12 private tables are available whilst smaller groups from 2 upwards will be located on a shared table within our luxuriously appointed marquee.
Option 4 – Moscow Flyer Restaurant
Hospitality in the Moscow Flyer restaurant is great value for the Cheltenham festival, providing a superb three course lunch and an excellent atmosphere being located near the Guinness Grandstand. With a late lunch and afternoon tea the Moscow Flyer restaurant will be a base for the afternoon racing. Included within this package is a Tattersalls admission ticket which provides extensive views of the course.
Team Tactics offers the Moscow Flyer Restaurant as your base for the day from 1.30pm.
Extra – Steam Train to Cheltenham Racecourse
New for 2012, Team Tactics are offering guests the extra ability to travel to Cheltenham racecourse in wonderfully nostalgic fashion, passing through the beautiful Cotswold and Malvern countryside. A perfect addition for a memorable day at the races, our Steam Train enhancement allows guests to take a step back in time and take the stress out of travelling to Cheltenham.
Direct transfers are available from London Paddington to the new Cheltenham Racecourse, located by the North entrance. Private cabins are available for groups of 6-8

Marquee Restaurant – This is the first time I have used your company and I have been attending Cheltenham for 21 years. I would not dream of now doing Cheltenham any other way and I will use you again next year – the reason for two fold is that I saw no one from Team Tactics, however, myself and three friends thought your arrangements were perfect.
We were in the Needham and Needham box on the first day. The atmosphere, the views, the food and beverages were excellent. Also the first class service from all the staff on the day, made it a fantastic corporate day out..We hope to be back…

We have used the Needham and Needham hospitality over many years now and have never had a bad comment from any of our guests. The staff are always attentive and very professional making for an excellent day out. If they could do something about my betting choices it would be even better !
