Option 1 – Grandstand Box (Exclusive Hire)

Our highly sought after and prestigious Grandstand boxes feature excellent facilities and fantastic views of the Ascot racecourse, either with a head on view past the winning post or before the winning post as the horses race down the finishing straight.

Each box consists of a private dining room with a large flat screen TV, a balcony overlooking the track and a bar and private kitchen shared by the adjoining box. Our Grandstand Boxes can be taken with or without catering options, for more information please contact us. Royal Enclosure passes can also be provided for an additional cost.

Option 2 – Queen Anne Rooms (Exclusive Hire)

The Queen Anne Rooms at Ascot offer exquisite and graceful surroundings in which to entertain. Some of the rooms have private balconies that overlook the Plaza Lawns (larger private rooms).

The Queen Anne is one of the original buildings retained within the redevelopment, providing a charming hospitality facility. Individually decorated, the six dining rooms can accommodate between 14 and 40 people. They provide the perfect retreat for a private party of clients, colleagues or friends.

Option 3 – Private Chalets (Exclusive Hire)

Private Chalets provide trackside viewing with amazing views down the racetrack. Located in the Old Paddock area of the Racecourse there are a combination of Old Paddock Chalets located throughout the triple decker marquee which also accommodates the Carriages and Bessborough Restaurants. The chalets offer guests a private facility in which to entertain groups of 20 – 50 people.

The Chalets offer a wonderful opportunity to sample the beauty and atmosphere of Ascot Racecourse. Chalets can be booked for groups of 30, 50 or 80 guests.

Option 4 – Sandringham Restaurant

Sandringham is situated adjacent to the Royal Enclosure Garden on the Ground Floor of the fabulous triple decker marquee which also contains Carriages restaurant. Offering superb trackside positioning the Sandringham restaurant includes a private balcony just metres from the track with head on views towards the Grandstand and winning post.

First opened in 2010, the Sandringham Restaurant has become extremely popular for hospitality guests at Royal Ascot. Private tables for 10 guests are available whilst smaller numbers will be accommodated on a shared table.

Option 5 – Carriages Restaurant

Carriages is located adjacent to the Royal Enclosure Garden this features its own private balcony on the 1st floor of a luxurious triple decker marquee. You really wouldn’t know you were in a marquee with the fabulous stylist décor and upmarket ambience this facility oozes.

Private tables for 10 guests are available whilst smaller numbers will be accommodated on a shared table.

Option 6 – Old Paddock Restaurant

Situated behind the Grandstand and in a delightful older style building on the 1st floor, this facility overlooks the Pre-Parade Ring and Saddling Boxes, with the beautiful Old Paddock beyond. Hospitality guests have the first view of the horses before the race from the Old Paddock Restaurant.

This wonderful setting offers access to the lawns below the restaurant, as well as easy access to both the Pre-Parade Ring and the Parade Ring. Private tables for 10 guests are available whilst smaller numbers will be accommodated on a shared table.

Option 7 – Bessborough Restaurant

Royal Ascot and fashion go hand in hand and back once again is the unique opportunity to view couture collections from the world’s catwalks at the Royal Ascot Fashion Show in the Bessborough Restaurant.

Situated on the top floor of the triple decker marquee, this double height restaurant with a private balcony also offers superb views of the racecourse and Windsor Great Park. You and your guests will enjoy first class cuisine, with a four course luncheon in between sets from some of the best British fashion designers.

Option 8 – The Platinum Suite

A fully-inclusive package, our Platinum Suite package is superb value for money at Royal Ascot, providing guests with Grandstand admission. Situated within the Imperial Village within the racecourse itself, The Platinum suite offers a raised viewing platform right on the rail, providing guests the perfect platform from which to view the horses as they thunder past the finish line. The luxuriously appointed Platinum Suite marquee has the perfect atmosphere for corporate entertaining, with a live jazz band, Tote betting facilties and superb food and drink.

Bookings for as little as 2 guests can be made with parties of 10 guaranteed a private table.
