Team Tactics School of Rock!
A mobile event available at venues throughout the UK
Playing in a rock band is something most people only ever dream about; now with the Team Tactics School of Rock anyone can live the dream! Absolutely no musical experience is required in order to take part, and even the most musically challenged will be surprised by what can be achieved.
This event is ideal for group team building or a fantastic staff away day. we can tailor the event to suit your requirements and for the competition to have the appropriate emphasis.

You start off with a group of people who might never have played an instrument in their life. We'll set them the challenge of learning a rock song & performing live after only a few hours together. Will you have what it takes to become rock stars?

Package Itinerary
A typical Corporate School of Rock will include the following:
- Arrival - In an introductory session you'll learn some of the basic poses, strutting techniques and attitude you'll need to become a rock star.
- Auditions - This is your chance to try all the instruments in the band to see which one best suits your fledgling stage persona.
- Instruction - After a short break, it's time to choose a band name & announce the final line-up. Then our instructors teach you a rock song & gradually your band learns how to play together.
- Rehearsals – each band has a full rehearsal, playing the song through before performing live. This is the perfect opportunity to iron out any last-minute problems and is generally the point where participants will really start to see the progress they’ve made.
- Live Stage Debut - The moment of truth arrives as the band don their rock star outfits & perform their live stage debut.
- Battle of the Bands – The bands then battle it out against one another and the winning band receives their prize and gets the glory!

OPTIONAL EXTRA: The School of Rock Documentary...
Each group is given and video camera and are then split into two, one group forms the band, the other the directors. Using a video camera and storyboards the directors the must film interviews and performance as the band make their journey to rock stardom! After the event the editing is done professionally afetr the event and put onto DVD which we then post to you.
Filming Options
Option 1 - Filming of the day
- Filming of Rock School by proffesional cameraman
- Filming and interviews with 'Rock Stars' can be directed by yourself
- Film is edited professionally and as many copies as required can be created
Option 2 - Direct and Film your own School of Rock Documentary - Standard
- Client is provided with professional standard camera and blank filming schedule
- After deciding schedule and interview questions, client directs own filming
- Film is edited professionally and as many copies as required can be created
Option 3 - Direct and Film your own School of Rock Documentary - Enhanced
- Camera instructor to teach how to film and help with direction
- Instruction to include interviewing, camera techniques, writing film schedule
- Film is edited professionally and as many copies as required can be created

Submitted by Vicki Collins What a fantastic event. The team had a fabulous day with lots of laughs. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are already planning our second event. A huge thank you to the Team Tactics guys, you were amazing. Submitted by Lara Bryan I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ for School of Rock. It provided a fabulous team-spirit event and demonstrated a truly astonishing array of in and out of tune vocal ‘talent’ and colourful cross-dressing alta-egos. It always amazes me how ALL men seem to love dress! I thought the organisation was fantastic, timings flowed well and Laura, you were the perfect ‘Davina-esque’ compere.
The bands (and also the audience!) really appreciated the live support of the professional musicians (guitarists and drummers) on stage, who lifted - or otherwise covered up - their live performances to a level that ensured they all found their inner Rock Gods! One of the delegates (Alex Cox) met a genuine band at our pub drinks reception the following night and managed to blag 4 free concert tickets by informing them she was a bass guitarist and could lend them a hand! So, I think we can also include Rock Star delusion to the list of added benefits!
I will now be working with the Malmaison as a preferred supplier to create a series of Parole inspired conference incentives which would feature the School of Rock as a team element so I’ll be back in contact as soon as we get another booking!
