Before you go any further, please note that the Tower of London Music Festival doesn't look like it is going ahead for 2010. We have retained the web page in the hope that it will get revived for 2011.

This prestigious Festival returns to The Tower of London for the fourth year in succession. Its perfect position in the heart of the city of London makes it an easy choice for corporate entertaining. The Tower Music Festival is a unique and memorable experience, combining the highest hospitality and catering with the most stunning historic venues, specially dressed and decorated for the occasion.

On arrival at the Tower’s formidable gates, VIP guests will be met by a Yeoman Warder and escorted to one of the historic apartments and rooms at the Tower to commence their exclusive hospitality experience.

After a short stroll through the heart of the Tower and past Traitors Gate, guests are escorted to one of the historic apartments and rooms at the Tower of London to commence their exclusive hospitality experience at the Tower Festival 2009. After the private hospitality guests will be escorted to premium seats in the first 10 rows of Block A.

Option 1 - The Cocktail Reception

This package offers more flexibility, whilst still allowing you and your guests the chance to sample hospitality in one of the fantastic private rooms in the Tower. The Cocktail Package is available on an exclusive or shared basis, although a minimum attendance is required.

Kir Royale and Peach Bellini reception
Charcuterie style cocktail menu
Beer, wine and soft drinks

Package Itinerary

18.15: Guests arrive at the West Gate of the Tower of London and are escorted to their respective dining venues inside the Tower for a pre-dinner drinks reception , followed by dinner (main course and dessert with fine wines)

20.15: Guests are escorted to their VIP seats in The Moat
20.30: Artist goes on stage
22.00: Performance ends and guests depart

Option 2 - Dinner Packages

Dinner packages are the Festival’s premium VIP hospitality packages and are available for those wishing to entertain privately (tables of 8 to 10 people) or in a shared facility for smaller groups.

The Jewel House has an additional charge of 2000 + VAT.
All classical artists performances will include a 20-minute interval with refreshments, however the final itinerary is still to be confirmed
