I attended a team building day at Rifle Range with my team from B&Q on Tuesday 1st September. I just wanted to share with you some of the feedback I received from my managers. We didn’t tell them what we had planned.

Please could you make sure that the team who looked after us on the day get to see this feedback. The activities we chose were Archery, Air Pistol and Rifle Shooting, The Empire Crate Building and the Terex Digger Challenge. It’s the first time we have organised an event like this, so wasn’t sure how it would be received. We have quite a diverse team in terms of age and interests, but everyone without fail, got involved, took part and most of all had fun. I can’t ask for more than that. Some of us discovered skills we never knew we had. Very enlightening! The instructors were great fun, encouraging, supportive and very patient. They gave us a day to remember. Thanks again.
