Well it has been very busy in the office recently, we are getting quite a few signed bookings forms back from clients including a booking for 65 for our brilliant Cab Clue Trail in June.
Last week I travelled to the Park Inn Heathrow to have a meeting with their Events Manager regarding further events we can arrange for their Clients in the future, we have already done two Drumming events there for large numbers and they were extremely successful. I then travelled to Maidenhead for another meeting with a client who is interested in Corporate Hospitality for a few of the major sporting events in 2009 and 2010.
This week we have quite a few events in the diary.
Wednesday we have two events for two separate Clients in London, the first being our Corporate Evening at Buckingham Palace. This will be my first Event at Buckingham Palace and will give me a good insight into how our private tours runs, I am also very excited about it as I have never been to Buckingham Palace before. The exclusive tour starting in the evening when the doors have closed for the day to the public. An Expert guide will show our clients around The Palace and then they will be able to enjoy a glass of Champagne on the Palaces West Terrace. Guests will then be transported by private cars to Mosimann’s for a superior private dining evening which includes a Champagne reception and three course dinner with fine wines.
I am then heading over to help Hellen who is managing another event where we have 180 guests hiring private capsules on the London Eye and then having a cruise on the Silver Sturgeon along Thames in the evening.
We then have another event on Friday which I am managing, clients will be taking part in our very popular Take Away Treasure hunt and making their very own fudge at Jim Garrahy’s in Windsor which I’m very much looking forward to as well, think I will definitely be buying myself some fudge from their!
Hope everyone has a lovely week and enjoys the good weather that is here!
