Last week Team Tactics ran an event for a world leading plant science company which are committed to promoting sustainable agriculture through innovative research and technology. Tina, myself and some of the Team Tactics gang were up at the crack of dawn to arrive at the venue near Bracknell for 8am.
The event was for the companies family fun day for over 1000 people and children. Team Tactics provided Robot Wars, Bouncy Castle, Giant Scalexrix, Splat the Rat and a Children’s Craft Stall. The Theme was Robots hence the Robot Wars and our Craft stall was for making children robot masks. Robot Wars went down a storm and was loved by everyone as was our other activities. It was a shame the weather turned a little windy later in the day and although the rain held off the wind was blowing some of our craft materials around the marquee. The Children loved making the masks with a huge choice of different crafts to cut, glue, stick and colour to turn them into little robots, to be honest the parents seemed to be having just as much fun as the children and joining in on the creativity.
Our event was made even more special when we found out Princess Anne was also going to be there to open the new building on sight, we hope she also enjoyed her day at our event.
“Just a quick email to say thank you very much to you and your team for all your efforts on the run up to our Royal Visit event last Wednesday 29th July and also to your team that came along and worked the event for us, and especially to Hellen, Tina and of course yourself. The feedback from all our staff has been very positive and we hope that despite your early start you all had a good day too.
Thanks again for all your help.”
