This June see’s Taste of London hit London’s Regents Park and Team Tactics are offering a unique and exclusive hospitality experience on the opening day of the ‘world’s greatest food festival’. Team Tactics are extremely excited to be able to offer our clients the chance to meet world class chefs, lounge in stunning surroundings and experience one of the best meals of their life on the 16th June. Enjoy gourmet cuisine such as English Asparagus with Black Truffle Hollandaise, Black Truffle and Anis Flower.
The Menu is a fabulous addition to Taste of London and Team Tactics hospitality offering, treating guests to an exquisite dining experience, set in a stunning restaurant-style enclosure and located in the luxurious Secret Garden. Pierre Koffmann, Michel Roux, Chris Galvin, Gary Rhodes and SIlvena Rowe will collaborate for the first time to design ‘The Menu’. Our top sommelier will pair every dish with the finest wines whilst each chef personally introduces their individual course.
Once guests have made their way through the maze and into the Secret Garden, every guest will dine in luxury and style whilst enjoying the buzz of Taste of London. Guests will have the opportunity to wonder to Momo’s Iceberg Bar, an exotic Moroccan champagne and cocktail bar within the Secret Garden. Perhaps most exciting however is a rare special guest appearance by Rene Redzepi, head chef at Noma in Copenhagen, winner of the Best Restaurant of the World 2010 and 2011. Rene is undoubtedly one of the most talked about chefs globally and rarely makes chef appearances.
This mesmerising hospitality package doesn’t stop once guests have finished enjoying their exclsuive menu however: being the world’s greatest food festival means that the world’s best restaurants are in attendance and guests will be able to visit food exhibits by culinary giants such as Gaucho – the Argentinian masters of steaks who’ll be offering dishes such as Octopus Tiradito, Smoked Paprika Sauce. Or delight in Chef Alessandro Bay’s Italian dishes. Working at Refettorio, Chef Alessandro champions seasonal, regionally sourced ingredients from a small village called Gottolengo in Lombardy such as Buffalo Ricotta and Aubergines Filled Ravioli, Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Basil. Nowhere else offers guests this fabulous opportunity to amble between continents, experiencing gourmet cuisine served by the world’s best chefs.
