For those of you who have been on a London team building event you’ll know what we mean when we say that it is a stunning location to hold an amazing team building event or company day out. Mixing the charm of historic buildings with the wonder of the modern structures, London fuses together a rich history and culture with an electric atmosphere to create one of the most exciting places to be in the world.
We like to make the most of the plethora of sights and sounds when we hold an event in London which is why for many of our events we use such modes of transport as Rigid Inflatable Boats (as used by the Special Forces) or fleets of the iconic Black Cab and we’ve even been known to charter a helicopter or two!
Below is our top 5 list of London team building events; We could have easily written about more such as our Chocolate Tasting Tours, Indoor Go-Karting at Tower Bridge or even Clay Pigeon Shooting on the Thames. However we count those in the list below as our best because they’ve constantly proven over the years their enduring appeal and ability to provide a fun and constructive team building event.
Cab Clue Trail. Although the Cab Clue Trail is a treasure hunt and we do list treasure hunts below, we felt the Cab Clue Trail deserved its own entry here. For simple brilliance there are few events that can match this event; its flexibility, appeal and relatively low cost means this is the most popular London team building event we’ve ever had!
Thames Power Blast. Fancy powering your way down the Thames, past iconic landmarks such as MI5, Big Ben, The London Eye and the O2, in a Rigid Inflatable Boat with 225 horsepower? In all our years running London team building events we’ve only met a couple of clients who didn’t like the idea. The Thames Power Blast is so unique an experience that it has almost universal appeal; Veteran Londoners and tourists alike can enjoy and appreciate seeing this famous City from a new perspective.
Circus Skills. It’s not limited to London but we still feel Circus Skills deserves a spot on this list after being one of our most popular London events for years. Also Shoreditch Town Hall is perhaps the best venue we’ve found for this activity yet. Last week two ladies participating in one of our Circus Skills workshops enjoyed it so much they’ve decided to now take flying trapeze lessons in their free time!
Corporate Cooking. Now we’re not saying that the traditional office evening out is boring and tired – we still enjoy them just as much as the next company – but our corporate cooking events in London are fantastic as an alternative company event, combining team building elements and fun with great food and drink.
Treasure Hunts. We’ve brought treasure hunts well and truly into the 21st century with our GPS-based hunts. Teams use the latest Samsung Galaxy Tabs equipped with a specially made app which enables us to set clues around almost any part of London. This means we can tailor a treasure hunt to visit a selection of destinations with a theme or in a particular area of London.
