Would You Like To Ride At Cheltenham Festival?

Almost sounds too good to be true, but there are 12 lucky riders that have been picked for the St Patricks Day Derby at Cheltenham Festival 2013 all in aid of Cancer Research UK. All they have to be is over 16 years old and race-fit.

Cheltenham Festival 2013

St Patricks Day at Cheltenham Festival is on Thursday 14th March 2013 and this race has raised over £550,000 for this hugely important charity over the past three years; cancer has, undoubtedly touched everybody’s lives whether directly or indirectly.

The race is run over 1 mile and 5 furlongs and will be the 7th race of the day at Cheltenham Festival 2013 and is raced by girls and boys alike. Good luck to all of you but the local runners to Kent include Gina Bryce (aged 28)  from London and Candida Baker (aged 41,ssshhh!)  from Hants.
