Treat your Team this summer!
Following on from the success of our existing ‘Bright Lights of London’ and ‘London’s Game of Zones’ events, we are pleased to announce the launch of ‘The Olympic Challenge’. Our GPS hunts are ever popular, with most being among the hustle-and-bustle of Westminster, the City, Southbank, Tower Bridge or the West End. Our new Hunt is in the heart of the picturesque Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This lovely park played host to tens of thousands of the world’s finest athletes during the to the London 2012 Summer Olympics, now it can play host to your team-building event.
The Olympic Park is broken down into 5 areas, one for each Olympic Ring: Aquatic Zone; Track and Field Zone; Paralympic Zone; Legacy Zone and Mind Over Matter Zone. Each Zone will contain questions based loosely on the theme or will include use of the surroundings; these questions will test your powers of observation, deduction, general knowledge and inventiveness. Along with answering questions, teams will have to complete photo and video challenges and make the best use of a bag of props.
There is a lot of ground to cover in the Olympic Park, our iPads will guide you and help make sure that you don’t loose your way. These are also the devices that you will be using to answer the questions and take your photos – handy! If you have not been before, this is a fantastic way to see the Olympic Park and learn it’s surprising history. If you missed out on the 2012 Olympics, this is a great way to catch up on a bit of recent London history.
Teams must work together and make use of their surroundings throughout this event. It also helps if they have a sense of fun as our friendly hosts have a habit of awarding bonus points to the teams they feel are making the best effort. All of the photographs and videos are sent to you after the event for you to share with your colleagues, thus ensuring this will undoubtedly be an event to remember.
