Do you love Christmas? Have experience working in the dramatic arts? If you answered yes, then we’ve got the job for you! Introducing our new event – ‘Office Nativity’!
In a bid to tackle ordinary Christmas parties, we’re offering companies the chance to relive their childhoods, by launching our new ‘Office Nativity’ Christmas party and team building event.
The event is designed to last five hours and includes a competitive X Factor-style casting round, costume making, and dress rehearsal followed by a full performance in the evening to colleagues, family and friends. We are looking for theatre professionals to help run the classes and keep the not-so-young ‘Marys and Josephs’ in line!
You’ll also need to be creative – we want the companies taking part to come up with their own twist on the traditional Nativity, with modern music, updated scripts and exciting new characters.
Applicants must have experience running productions and preferably a qualification in Drama. Successful applicants can expect to be paid upwards of £25 an hour and must be available to run up to four events a week in the run-up to Christmas.

“Christmas parties can be the highlight of a team’s social year, whether that’s a meal out or an adventurous day of activities. After a few mentions of the traditional nativity play in the past as an event we thought it would be a great idea for a team Christmas party, allowing adults to relive their childhood Christmas’ and have another chance to bag the lead role that they may have missed out on at school.
“We can’t wait to see what the teams come up with and have prepared for all kinds of creativity. Just like the kids in Love Actually where there was more than one lobster at the birth of Jesus, we wanted to include some unique and unexpected characters like Donald Trump, Dancing Theresa May and even a T-Rex! We can’t wait to see some of these plays once the event launches.”
