Just to say a huge thank you to you for putting together what most members of my team have called the best away day ever!

We had a great time, I for one will be trying to recreate the meals & cocktails over Christmas (recipes please) and in retrospect it perhaps wasn’t a great idea to have us making cocktails before cooking; small wonder we didn’t burn the kitchen down!

We are going to need to top this next year!!
