Our team building events are selected to provide top class entertainment using only the best equipment such as the very latest iPad Tablets for our GPS treasure hunts. All of our events are run by experienced professionals, ranging from authentic Maori tribesmen to experienced West-End performers! We listen to all of our clients needs which allows us to tailor almost any event to match a client’s specific requirements, whether as a standalone event with a lunch or dinner, or as a conference energiser.

Meet the team
Tina Benson – Managing Director
Tina founded Team Tactics in 1996, having come from a sales and sporting background, initially within IT, then with the sales & marketing of county cricket and various England and county cricketers. Tina is responsible for bringing new ideas to the business and the client servicing of our major accounts. Rarely seen to be making a cup of tea in the office though often seen on the office floor in between calls with her three dogs including the latest addition Kiki! Her love of the events industry is obvious and she cares passionately about maintaining and building relationships with our clients and genuinely strives to provide the right event for each and every client.Tina’s favourite event at the moment is the newly launched GPS Treasure hunts with all the opportunities they create.
Charles Bird – Commercial Director
After 25 years of working in Wealth Management in The City, Charles took a career change and venture in a completely different direction, corporate event management. As someone who had been ”the client” for many years experiencing all forms of hospitality and entertainment, Charles will bring a new, fresh approach to Team Tactics. Charles favourite events to date has been designing bespoke events, GPS Treasure Hunts in London and our exclusive ‘The Dorchester Experience’.
Shelby Neat – Marketing Manager
Shelby joined Team Tactics from a business background having previously studied International Business and has taken charge of all things marketing since arriving in September 2014. As a major foodie her favourite team building event are our corporate cooking events along with our unique treasure hunts throughout London. Her favourite hospitality events are Wimbledon and Henley Regatta.
Melissa Whitehead – Sales Administrator
Melissa joined in 2010 and is responsible for the sales side of Team Tactics. Melissa has come from a sales background and previously worked in an Estate Agents and conveyancing. Melissa has always loved working in sales and therefore this role was perfect for her. She’s definitely the most vocal member of our team, and always has a story to share, but she certainly puts a smile on our faces everyday! Her favourite event to date is Henley Royal Regatta and the Corporate Cook Off!
Tim Shepley – Learning and Development Consultant
Tim has joined Team Tactics with a wealth of experience from the corporate events industry. Former CEO of Bluehat Group and currently CEO of Expedite Learning, Tim joined the team in December 2017 and has injected a great deal of knowledge into our newly formed L&D branch of Team Tactics. Tim’s particular expertise in leadership development and talent management add an extra dimension to our core skills of client entertainment, hospitality and team building.
Chloe Gill – Business Development Executive
Chloe has become a valued member of the sales team having previously worked in sales. She loves our brand new Game of Zones event and is enjoying organising a whole range of events for her clients utilising her creative talents. Another of her favourite events is the Henley Regatta and the fantastic Waterfront Enclosure.
Tarquin Taylor – Events Executive
Tarquin joined the team in 2017 to become our resident event manager. Rarely seen in the office, Tarquin presents several of our London events including our popular GPS Treasure Hunts and London Turbo Challenges. Coming from an acting background, Tarquin is excellent at engaging large audiences and provides an enjoyable event for all participants.
Courtney-Rae Stubbington – Hospitality Sales Executive
Courtney joined the team in 2017 and has taken responsibility of the corporate hospitality side of the company having come from a hospitality sales background. Courtney uses her hospitality expertise to recommend the perfect events for her clients with popular events ranging from the Six Nations held at Twickenham to our unique hospitality package at Henley Royal Regatta.
Nadine – Finance
Nadine is our savior in all things financial. Nadine controls our accounts department with astute care and detail. She is a very important part of our Team Tactics family.

Corporate Sailing Regatta
Graduate recruitment specialist Milkround came to Team Tactics looking for an event to celebrate the company’s success and encourage collaboration between the different business departments. Staff enjoyed a fantastic experience on our Cab Clue Trail working together to unravel a series of clues in our taxi based Cab Clue Trail.
