A client enquired about a summer party for 200 members of their team to come together for a social event. They wanted an outdoor event to last a full day and into the night, with food, entertainment and a party in the evening. After learning more about the client, the team and discussing events they had enjoyed in the past our team pitched the idea of a ‘circus extravaganza’. The proposal included Team Tactics sourcing a venue with a large outdoor space that could be used for the event, entertainment, food vendors and additional extras to ensure the day was packed with lots of activities for delegates.

The event was held at Amber Lakes within easy reach of central London, the venue boasts 450acres of beautiful private landscape, with lakes, lawns, and woodland. Team Tactics included their ‘circus skills’ activity with professionals demonstrating and teaching delegates skills such as juggling, tight wire walking, stilt walking and riding a unicycle. Circus tents were set up alongside, street food vendors, a double decker bus with bar, photo booths, hay bale seating areas and fairground stalls. Circus performers were roaming amongst the stalls, seatings areas and attractions. The day ended with a DJ and disco into the late evening. Team Tactics planned the full day of entertainment, food and all vendors and entertainers, including all details to ensure the day run smoothly including props and WC facilities.

An annual company event held in Oxford in September. The company has grown over the years and each year we come up with a new creative idea for participants to enjoy during breakout sessions. Following the event, Team Tactics arrange a gala dinner for all participants to be held at one of the Oxford College’s. All the breakout sessions culminate in a group presentation in front of colleagues at the dinner. Over the years the activities have included One Voice, Drumming, The Haka and Orchestrate.

The client brief was for 75 people visiting a European city for a meeting and relaxation.

Team Tactics arranged the travel on the Eurostar, and accommodation at the Pulman Hotel in Paris. Coaches transported the guests from Gare du Nord station to the hotel. On the first evening, after checking into their accommodation, we had arranged a private champagne boat trip taking guests along the River Seine. Guests then returned to the hotel for a private drink reception and dinner.

On the second day a meeting was arranged for the first half of the day, held within a meeting space at the hotel. Following the team meeting, Team Tactics, specialists in team building activities had designed an exclusive Parisian treasure hunt taking participants around the city. Guests were provided with travel cards, split into teams, and headed off to undertake challenges at some of the iconic landmarks around the city.

On the final evening of the trip, Team Tactics arranges for participants to enjoy a bespoke dinner at The Buddha Bar.

The event was part of a relaunch for a division of a multinational brand under new leadership in 2022. The intention was to bring together people for the first time in 3 years following the pandemic and to introduce the brand new vision and goals going forward. The day was arranged at BAFTA in London for 90 guests, the theme was ‘Hollywood and Style’. The day consisted of a whole company meeting, awards presentation, and evening drinks to bring together the company. Team Tactics planned and arranged all aspects of this event for the client including venue sourcing, guest invitations, site visits and operations on the day.

This fast growing I.T backed finance company holds two large meetings each year for all staff. During the day they come together for a whole company conference, followed by a social event hosted in the evening. The meeting was held during the day hosted 400 guests at the Windmill theatre. After the meeting, guests walked alongside the River Thames to The Elizabethan for a BBQ and drinks evening. Team Tactics were responsible for the entire day including the venue sourcing, hire, event management and entertainment.
