You can experience the social whirl and glamour of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show together with first class cuisine and fine hospitality in the specially created Hospitality Village. Team Tactics are proud to offer the finest RHS Chelsea Flower Show hospitality. The Jardin Blanc (Formally Chelsea Oasis) hospitality village is beautifully designed and exquisitely furnished and features both the Chelsea Club, a shared hospitality restaurant, as well as Private Pavilions for larger groups. Luxury Yacht Cruise

Entertain your guests and clients, if you are looking for something special for your corporate calendar, The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is an occasion not to be missed.

The Luxury Yacht Cruise can cater for 20 – 40 guests and offers something different to standard hospitality packages. After you have enjoyed iconic exhibits at the Chelsea Flower Show, the 75ft Yacht will cruise down the river Thames offering drinks, canapés, and a fork buffet lunch in picturesque surroundings.

Sample Itinerary


8.30am – 9.30am 
Arrive on board for tea, coffee, fresh orange juice and croissants, guests collect tickets for Chelsea Flower Show and depart
1.00 pm 
Leave the Chelsea Flower Show, stroll down to Chelsea Embankment for drinks and canapé reception on board
1.30 pm Depart from Cadogan Pier and cruise towards central London while drinks and fork buffet are being served     
1.30pm
Enjoy the sites of London on the outside decks before the buffet lunch is served, The Yacht turns back up the Thames 
4.30pm
Return to Cadogan Pier where guests depart

La Primrose Evening Indulgence

The Jardin Blanc (Formally Chelsea Oasis) provides the perfect setting for you and your guests to enjoy a summer evening of gourmet entertainment with the added benefit for pavilion holders of a pre-dinner. 

Private pavilions within the Hospitality Village can be reserved for 40. Smaller numbers will be accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility. A private table will be guaranteed for 10 guests with smaller groups accommodated on shared tables.

La Queen Bee: Garden Kitchen (Saturday only)

Available only on the Saturday, La Queen Bee hospitality package at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is the perfect package for garden enthusiasts. Spend the day wandering through the oasis of gardens, in pure wonderment. Meander  amongst the sights and scents of the world’s most famous flower show, then as the gardens and displays begin to be  dismantled at 4pm, guests can for the first time in the show buy plants from the gardens and displays.

Private Pavilions are available for 40 on the Saturday. Alternatively all numbers are welcome in the Chelsea Club, where private tables are guaranteed for ten guests.

Queen Elizabeth II Suite 

Why not win your clients’ vote as Best in Show? The Queen Elizabeth 11 Suite is the premier place for private parties, where clients, customer and colleagues can relax and enjoy the very best of Chelsea in elegantly exclusive comfort.

The Queen Elizabeth II Suite, which is established for the Queen’s visit to the Showground on Monday, is available during the Show week as an exclusive corporate venue for hospitality. This suite is for clients who are looking for a more private feel.

The branding possibilities are significant and, if desired, the Suite can also be used as a seminar or presentation venue and the opening hours may be adjusted to suit individual needs. The Suite can accommodate 110 guests seated.

A fantastic addition to the space is a small private external area. The Suite may be reserved for a minimum of 110 guests.

Private pavilions are available for 40 guests with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility. The official shared hospitality facility, The Chelsea Club, is available for smaller numbers with private tables guaranteed for guests of 10.

Luckily we had fabulous weather! But the tents were a little too warm could have done with a bit of cool air!

The only complaint we had was one of our guests only drinks champagne not in large quantaties but we were made to feel like naughty school children asking for extra glasses when it was obvious they could have provided this without any fuss. In fact we knew they had open bottles and at one time had to say this! This sort of thing needs to be rectified by the caterers – a few bottles and no fuss would not have cost them very much.

The standard of the food was a lot better surely they could coordinate with the bar so that the champagne flows as well as pimms and wine. Most people have a few glasses and then change but for the one person who didn’t it was embarrassing!

All in all it was a great day and team tactics get all organised well
