FAQs
Got a question? We’ve shared answers to some of our most frequently asked questions below, but if you can’t find the information you need, get in touch. Our friendly team is always happy to help.
Types of event
A: Certainly. While we deliver most of our team building activities in London and across the UK, we have decades of experience in international event management and we love an opportunity to take our team building and corporate events across the globe. Whether you’re looking for a Parisian wine tasting experience, a bespoke golfing event for your team, or something else, we can help.
A: Whatever you need. We have 30 years’ experience delivering everything from team building activities and corporate hospitality packages to conference energisers, multi-activity days, and completely bespoke events.
A: The majority of our events are designed to bring teams together in-person to boost connection, collaboration, and create fun memories. However, we have plenty of experience delivering virtual team building activities too. Chat to a member of our friendly team to find out how we can help.
A: They can be whatever you want them to be and work entirely around your plans, goals and teams. If you’re unsure on format, we can always advise based on what’s worked well before.
A: Absolutely! We always aim to build team experiences around your objectives. Book a call with a member of our team, tell us what you’re looking to get out of the event, and we can share some ideas and recommendations.
A: Definitely. This is a huge part of what we do and one of the most powerful and memorable ways to unite teams. We offer a variety of CSR initiatives and charitable team building activities aligned with a range of different causes, or we can design something bespoke for you.
A: Don’t worry – you don’t need to know exactly what you want before speaking to us.
Tell us a little about your team, including your group size, location, preferred date, approximate budget and what you’d like people to get from the experience. From there, we can recommend activities that we think will work particularly well.
Whether you want something competitive, creative, collaborative, active, charitable or simply a really enjoyable day together, we can help narrow down the options.
Booking and logistics
A: There’s no hard and fast rule – it usually depends on the scale and complexity of the activity. While planning with plenty of notice allows us time to closely tailor the experience to your company and objectives, we’ve also been known to turn events round at incredibly short notice! Once you’ve got an event or idea in mind, get in touch and we can advise on the planning process and timelines.
A: It depends on the activity itself. We have a dedicated webpage for each of our activities, which provide an indicator on ideal team size, but if you fall outside the recommended range on your chosen activity, get in touch. We can usually adapt the format and delivery to cater for your team, just like we did for 3,200 Peabody employees!
A: Get a quote or book a call with a member of our fantastic team, and we can take it from there.
A: It depends on the activity. With our London Canal Quest for example, the boats are covered, so you’ll have a great day, come rain or shine. Some events can be adapted for indoor venues if needed, but others are better suited to outdoors. Talk to us about your idea and we can advise.
Cost and duration
A: Costs vary per activity, with each being so different. To get a quote, simply fill out this form, and our team with be in touch. If you want to scope out what’s feasible within a specific budget, we can help with that too.
A: Head to the dedicated page on our website for the event you have in mind – everything included in the package is listed for each one.
A: This varies per activity and what you’re looking to get out of the experience, but the typical duration for each activity is listed on its dedicated webpage.
Participation and accessibility
A: While we aim to make our experiences as accessible and inclusive as possible, some events are naturally better suited than others to employees with limited fitness or mobility. If you’re not sure which activity will work best for your team, or you have a specific event in mind but have questions around adjustments, get in touch.
A: It comes down to the individual and their sensory sensitivities, communication and processing needs, and general preferences. Thoughtful planning is essential to make sure every colleague feels included, respected, and part of the experience. Get in touch with our team to discuss your ideas and concerns, and we can work with you to tailor the event to your workforce.
On the day
A: Absolutely! We’ll be there to lead the event and make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
A: Some of our activities, including our London Canal Quest, ARTrageous Graffiti and cooking classes, have optional food and drink packages. If your chosen activity doesn’t mention catering or refreshment, but you’d like to add that in, we recommend some great suppliers to handle that side of things for you.
A: Our marketing team loves coming along to document client events where they can but only do so with consent. Equally, your pictures or video won’t be shared online after the event if the required marketing permissions aren’t in place.
