We are your trusted advisors, collaborating with you every step of the way to deliver exceptional events. Since our humble beginnings in 1995, we have remained an independent company, with our founder still actively involved in our continued success.

#EveryBitHelps
In 2024 we launched our #EveryBitHelps initiative to leverage the collective agreement and drive within the team to live and work with the most eco-friendly ethos possible. Our #EveryBitHelps initiative is a commitment to be more mindful about our everyday actions and decisions, with the belief that small, incremental improvements all add up to create significant, meaningful change. The key areas we’re focusing on are:
- Understanding our carbon footprint and working holistically across our operations to reduce it
- Providing opportunities for businesses to improve team relations, skills and morale while simultaneously benefitting wider society and the environment through our CSR and charity activities
- Supporting charities around the world, helping to raise awareness and direct resources to help their causes
- Creating new team building activities to help organisations raise awareness and education around important causes
- Continuously striving to reduce the use of energy, water and other resources we consume
- Reducing our reliance on fossil fuels
- Minimising resource use by striving to eliminate single-use items, hence reducing our waste
- Recycling more across a variety of materials – from paper and plastics to toner cartridges, batteries and office equipment. We weigh our office waste each week to assess what we need to do to achieve our targets
- Using responsibly sourced materials
- Using eco-friendly cleaning products around the office
- Working digitally and using cloud-based storage
- Paperless scanning, storage and filing
- Choosing online/video calls wherever possible with our clients to reduce travel and car emissions
- Working closely with likeminded companies in all areas of business
- Reporting on progress annually
Where are we going?
Behind every event, we consider the environmental impact, its carbon footprint and the opportunity for positive change. While growth is an essential part of our journey, we believe it must align with our commitment to the planet, our team, and our clients. Sustainability is now a fundamental part of who we are, and how we want to be as a team and a company delivering events to businesses. Yet, we know that sustainability is a journey, not a destination, and requires unwavering commitment. We’re proud of the changes we’ve already made as a purpose-led business and will continue to learn, adapt and be better.
Our journey to B Corp
Our journey began when we first discovered B Corp in 2023 and continues to this day as we work determinedly towards accreditation.
We found that we were increasingly delivering team building events with the focus on charity and CSR – activities that benefit the environment or disadvantaged communities or animals – and it just felt right. We wanted to continue moving in this direction while ensuring that the environmental impact from delivering these events was minimal. The B Corp ethos aligned perfectly and it seemed like the most natural progression to pursue the accreditation for ourselves.
But, in all honestly, B Corp can be daunting! Being a small business, a disadvantage is that we know what we do and how we do things, but nothing is written down and formalised. However, being a small business also has its upsides – it enables us to be agile and implement change so we can progress quickly.
The process towards accreditation has been invaluable thus far and has made our team think about what we do; how we see ourselves as a business; how we interact on a day-to-day basis; and what we want to achieve as a business.
We are committed to making meaningful improvements within our business, and our journey with B Corp has provided us with a framework to critically assess our practices and drive positive change for both our company and the environment.
As we are on the road towards B Corporation, we are bound to honour the governance of ensuring our business is a force for good. It’s a formalisation of our passions and efforts for a more sustainable business, but also the realisation that there is always more we can do.

We are a small team of people who feel passionately about the business. We get the best out of our team when we create a relaxed and happy work environment and a positive, supportive culture. We encourage creativity and thinking outside the box for new solutions and try to reward our staff financially for their performance and dedication.
Our Method – Our Targets
We have put our five headline sustainable targets at the forefront of everything we do here at Team Tactics.
1. Energy and Carbon
To significantly reduce carbon emissions. *
2. Recycle & Waste
To reduce our office waste in relation to our turnover each year.*
Increase our office recycling.* Office waste is sorted into recyclable, compostable, recyclable at larger supermarkets, and non-recyclable.
3. Materials
A greater emphasis on reuseable and sustainably sourced materials, such as FSC wood, for our events. We aim to minimise the use of single plastics in events, wherever possible.
4. Charity
Create more innovative charitable events that elevate spirits and bring a new meaning to team building while making a positive difference to society.
5. Think Green
Embed sustainability considerations and impacts into every aspect of our decision-making and operations. Cultivate a culture where everyone at Team Tactics understands, supports, and champions these commitments.
