Grab The Grinch
Team Tactics team building games are designed to be fun! We all remember the classic board game The Mouse Trap.
Grab the Grinch uses the same principles but on a grander scale and as a corporate team build activity for Christmas! The trick with Grab The Grinch is for teams to be conscious of the bigger picture, as each structure has to be built in a precise way and be placed in the right position for success!
As the different parts slowly take shape, the room fills with festive excitement as everyone is braced to see the finale! This never fails to inspire and impress groups and will demonstrate what everyone is capable of when teamwork comes first.
The end result is a representation of the teams’ endeavours, detailed resourcefulness and communication with each other.
Christmas Events
Grab The Grinch
Teams will each work on their individual element, the activity requires excellent communication amongst the team, patience and problem solving skills, the finale of the event is putting all parts of the trap together to form the complete structure. As each part of the structure comes together excitement in the room builds, hoping that they all work cohesively to grab the grinch at the end.
Teams will also have a series of other tasks and challenges to complete in order to earn tokens which are vital to obtain the instructions for each element. This activity is fun and engaging with excellent benefits for collaboration and strengthening bonds within teams.
