The perfect Christmas event if you are looking to do something different to your standard Christmas Party. Team Tactics presents their festive Christmas Charity treasure hunt around the city of London.
Ideal for a unique alternative to the Office Christmas Party or simply to reward your team at the end of the year with an enjoyable afternoon out of the office to get into the festive spirit. Exploring this vibrant, lively and iconic city at the most festive time of the year.
Each team will have an IPad mini loaded with our unique charity themed GPS game, with an interactive map and live scoreboard. Teams navigate around the hot spots completing a series of hilarious photo and video challenges, general Christmas trivia questions and location specific tasks. The iPad will only reveal the questions when the team is located close to the hot spot, providing an exciting race against time activity in the heart of central London at Christmas.
Teams will be given a cash budget alongside the iPad treasure hunt to buy as many essential items from our list as they can for an amazing charity, Porchlight, supporting homeless and vulnerable people in Kent.
The whole activity is Christmas themed and teams will pass several London landmarks along the way as the capital is transformed into a winter wonderland.

Scrooge's Scavenger Charity Hunt
Have you what it takes to score well in our unique Apprentice-themed treasure hunt? You and your team’s business acumen, negotiation skills and planning and time management skills will be put to the test, with teams tasked to find specially selected items at the lowest price. Who will bag the best bargains with the cash budget?
This activity has the added gift of supporting the wonderful charity, Porchlight. This hunt requires initiative and the ability to tug on the heart strings of sellers in order to buy as many products from the list such as personal hygiene products, household essentials and cleaning products. The items will be delivered to the charity after the event, along with a donation £5 per team that participates in the hunt.

Treasure Hunts are one of our most successful events and involve the latest technology. You are given an iPad mini complete with an interactive map, live scoreboard and instant messaging service, which will help teams navigate themselves around the hot spots which are packed with a festive frenzy of hilarious photo and video challenges, general Christmas trivia questions and location-specific tasks. Using GPS technology, the iPad will only reveal the questions when the team is located close to the spot providing an exciting race against time in the heart of London at Christmas.
Apart from being Christmas themed with participants wearing Christmas outfits, teams get to see the capital transformed into its usual winter wonderland with festive decorations.
We can also add a Christmas lunch or dinner to your event at a venue of your choice so you can celebrate the winners and party on into the evening.
Our Christmas treasure hunts range for a group size from 10 people up to 1000’s. We can and do create events for smaller numbers but the price per person would be higher to reflect the small number.
The Christmas GPS treasure hunt is based in central London. We have several locations including: Covent Garden, Tower Bridge, Southbank & The City which will be decorated in spectacular style for Christmas.
Christmas treasure hunts provide several benefits for the team including better communication, team unity and increased productivity. Spending some time out of the office environment with your colleagues is important for team morale and makes them feel valued. Team building events at Christmas are the perfect time to celebrate and recognise the hard work that your team has put into the company and give them a chance to be incentivised.
Most of our events are competitive team events, leading to one team being crowned the winner! For most of these, we will provide either medals or a bottle of fizz for the winning team. However, we do always encourage extra prizes for your team. You know your team the best, so why not order them a nice extra gift to get as a prize? Other ideas include giving the winning team an extra day off as a holiday or letting them leave early on a Friday. The possibilities are endless!
Our office Christmas party activities range in price depending on the activity chosen, the number of participants and the date of the activity. All prices are subject to VAT. Please get in touch for a bespoke price for your group.
