Make a Difference Around the World is an indoor, iPad-based charity team building activity where every point a team earns converts into a real donation to a charity of your choice.
Teams are given iPads to explore countries on an interactive world map, answering trivia, completing hands-on challenges, and earning bonus points along the way, all within 80 minutes.
This team building event works well for corporate away days, CSR-focused events, and team days where you want the activity to leave a lasting impression beyond the room.

Arrival & Briefing — Our hosts set up at your venue and run a short introduction before teams collect their iPads and get started
Icebreaker — A warm-up challenge gets teams orientated and working together before the main activity begins
The Challenge — Teams explore countries on the interactive world map, completing trivia, photo challenges, and hands-on tasks to earn points — with bonus challenges available throughout for extra scoring opportunities
Wrap-Up — Final scores are revealed, the winning team is announced, and the total points earned are converted into a charitable donation to your chosen charity

Everyone did such a great job and I love the fact that its a CSR event but its different to what other companies offer. Anyone who is an animal lover will want to do this. The Team Tactics team were great in helping to organise this session in the limited timescales we have and with the flexibility to run this session from our office, in a shortened timescale. Ellie was a great events lead, bringing energy (as well as getting everyone to settle down where excited!) to our group who were definitely very pleased with the activity. Our team is largely remote which can mean organising events in person can be difficult as we're not always sure who will actually turn up! Team Tactics were patient with this and accommodating as we had to change the numbers a couple of times leading up to the event.

The event itself was fantastically run. I’d arranged to have a telephone call with Jem the day before where we discussed exactly what I wanted to achieve from this workshop and how it would interlink with our main goals as a company for this year. Employee feedback was that they enjoyed seeing other colleagues and the informality of being together. There’s an intrinsic value to that time together that’s often underestimated. Many of our colleagues don’t have an office environment or set working location, and for them it was especially enjoyable.
