Mosaic Coasters, is a mobile, creative and relaxing team activity that gives everyone the chance to slow down, get hands-on, and make something a keep-sake together.
Each team member will design and craft their own unique desk coasters — a personal keepsake they get to take home at the end of the session. Fancy something more ambitious? Teams can also collaborate to create individual coasters that combine into one larger, stunning mosaic piece.
It’s a lighthearted activity that requires no prior experience — just a little creativity and a willingness to have fun. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy day or simply bring your team together in a relaxed setting, Mosaic Coasters is the perfect way to do it.

Your team arrive to a fully prepared workshop, with all tools, materials and coaster bases laid out and ready to use.
Our hosts introduce the activity and help everyone get comfortable.
Teams design their coasters using pre-cut tiles, or cut their own, applying them to create a unique mosaic.
Once happy, the tiles are secured in fast-drying grout, and packaged to take home.
Once dried (don’t worry it’s fast drying!) you package your coasters up ready to take home.

Everyone did such a great job and I love the fact that its a CSR event but its different to what other companies offer. Anyone who is an animal lover will want to do this. The Team Tactics team were great in helping to organise this session in the limited timescales we have and with the flexibility to run this session from our office, in a shortened timescale. Ellie was a great events lead, bringing energy (as well as getting everyone to settle down where excited!) to our group who were definitely very pleased with the activity. Our team is largely remote which can mean organising events in person can be difficult as we're not always sure who will actually turn up! Team Tactics were patient with this and accommodating as we had to change the numbers a couple of times leading up to the event.

The event itself was fantastically run. I’d arranged to have a telephone call with Jem the day before where we discussed exactly what I wanted to achieve from this workshop and how it would interlink with our main goals as a company for this year. We recently participated in a fantastic team event hosted by Team Tactics. It was an incredible experience for a worthy cause. This was our second time working with them, and once again, they did not disappoint. Ellie and her team were fabulous hosts, ensuring that everyone had a great time. Employee feedback was that they enjoyed seeing other colleagues and the informality of being together. There’s an intrinsic value to that time together that’s often underestimated. Many of our colleagues don’t have an office environment or set working location, and for them it was especially enjoyable. None at all! This workshop is designed for complete beginners. Our event hosts will guide you through everything you need to know. The focus is on participation and creativity, not artistic skill.
The coaster workshop can take place at any venue as it’s fully mobile. All materials, and safety measures are arranged in advance to ensure a creative environment for your group. We leave the room as we found it, so don’t worry about any mess.
Your mosaic coaster workshop includes full event management and planning, all materials, 1 personalised coaster, friendly hosts and protective equipment.
Yes. We can incorporate your company colours, themes, or logo into the coaster designs. Collaborative mosaic pieces can also be created to reflect your team or organisation.
