Join us in the heart of London and discover the secrets of wine and cheese matching. Your group will be tasked with creating the best wine and cheese combinations in a team building activity with a difference.
Get to grips with the principles of wine and cheese matching through sipping and nibbling your way through a delicious selection of 6 wines and matching cheeses. Following a brief introduction, teams will need to use their senses to match a number of characteristics with each wine, from a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon to a delicate Pinot Gris.
Once teams have worked out the country of origin, style and description of each wine it is time to explore the most famous food market in London for the cheesiest part to this task. With a small level of guidance teams must venture into Borough market to use their initiative and collective knowledge to purchase the best cheeses for the wines.

Cork & Cheese Challenge
Using a cash budget teams must uncover the unique flavours of hundreds of cheeses to decide which are the best match and will ultimately lead to a match made in cheese heaven!
The tantalising aromas and bustling atmosphere creates the perfect place to take part in our Cork & Cheese Challenge. Teams will return to our cosy hidden jewel near London Bridge to see what teams know their hard aged cheddars from their soft ricottas.
Teams will either be amused by the strange blend of flavours or be surprised by how quickly they have become a cheese and wine connoisseur with a delicious treat for the taste buds. Either way, teams will enjoy a team building experience like no other and leave with a new found skill which will be the talk of the office for weeks!
