In this session we guide you through how to give yourself the ultimate feel good massage from your head to your feet. Utilising all the best and most effective techniques to help you relax and release muscular tension.
We use techniques from Indian Head Massage, Acupressure, Myofascial Release and Yoga to help you combat aches and pains, improve mobility and even reduce headaches! Leave feeling relaxed and free in your body and learn empowered new life skills you can utilise forever.
Don’t just take away what you learnt and how you feel! We also send you off with your own massage ball and user guide for practicing on your own!

Desk yoga is a simple way to reduce stress and relieve tension that occurs from our desk working lifestyle. A perfect balance of relaxation to calm the mind and stretches that can be done at your own desk to improve posture and balance while reducing aches and pains.
Not to mention get your body moving after being still for so long! Follow along with our qualified instructor for the ultimate feel good session. All the benefits of yoga, done in a chair!
