Event Summary

The Apprentice Treasure Hunt is a GPS-guided, iPad-based charity team building event – inspired by the BBC TV show. Teams are let loose across London armed with a charity shopping list and a budget, tasked with sourcing as many items as possible for the best value, while completing GPS-unlocked challenges along the way.

The challenge-based structure gives everyone a role. Energy stays high throughout as teams track rivals on the live leaderboard and race to climb the rankings.

All items collected are donated to Porchlight and Catching Lives, charities supporting homeless individuals in Kent.

Works well for corporate away days, CSR events, and team days where people want to feel like the activity meant something.

What To Expect

Pricing is based on group size and any bespoke additions. Contact us for a tailored quote – groups from 10 upwards are catered for.

Yes – challenges, branding, and even the charity partner can be adjusted to suit your organisation or event theme. Lead times and costs vary.

The event takes place across the City of London and Covent Garden, easily accessible by public transport.

We adapt the route and challenges to accommodate participants with mobility or other accessibility requirements – just let us know at the planning stage.

Each team receives an iPad Mini loaded with the interactive challenge app. An experienced event management team runs the full session, medals are awarded to the winning team, and all collected charity items are donated to Porchlight and Catching Lives. After the event, you’ll receive a photo link with the photos taken on the iPad.

Yes – if you have a preferred charity partner, we can build the shopping list and donation element around them. Additional lead time may be required.

Managing the budget is part of the challenge – you have to make it stretch as far as possible! Once you run out, that’s it.
