Team Tactics are proud to offer some of the finest hospitality at the Chelsea Flower Show: the Chelsea Club offers shared facilities of 2 guests and upwards and the Chelsea Private Pavilions offer exclusive facilities for a minimum of 30 guests and upwards. All pavilions, located within the Chelsea Flower Show hospitality village, are beautifully designed and exquisitely furnished and are ideally located close by to an extraordinary vista of gardens, displays and exhibits.

Option 1 – The Monarch All Day Package

One of the most prestigious events on the UK social calendar, the Chelsea Flower Show is a fabulous event full of glamour which guests will experience alongside sumptuous food and excellent hospitality facilities within the tranquil surrounds of the Hospitality Village. For 40 or 80 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday Private Chalets are available, whilst on Thursday and Friday Private Chalets are available for 32 or 64 guests. The official shared resturant, RHS Chelsea Club, is available for smaller numbers with private tables guaranteed for guests of 10.

Option 2 – The Jubilee Evening Package

The contemporary RHS Chelsea Hospitality Pavilions and Chelsea Club provide the perfect recipe for you and your guests to enjoy an afternoon and evening at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show. Following an afternoon viewing of the show, guests can access their hospitality facility from 3pm. An oasis to retire to after an afternoon spent marvelling at the beautifully crafted gardens, our Chairmans VIP evening package includes a complimentary bar, champagne & canapes reception, as well as a sumptuous four course dinner.

Private chalets within the Hospitality Village can be reserved for 40 or 80 guests on Tuesday or Wednesday and a minimum of 32 or 64 guests on Thursday and Friday. Team Tactics offers shared official hospitality packages for any number of guests within the Chelsea Club facility with private tables of 10 available.

Option 3 – The Royale Champagne and Canape Evening Package

The Chelsea Flower Show provides a catwalk of colour and style featuring latest trends and design from the cream of garden designers, plant specialists, nurseries and exhibitors.

You can experience one of the finest evenings of corporate hospitality at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show with the Chairman’s VIP Champagne and Canapé Evening hospitality package. As the sun goes down on the world’s most famous Flower Show, guests will enjoy chilled Champagne and canapés. Private facilities for are for 60 guests, whilst shared facilities are also available for any number of guests.

Option 4 – The Sovereign Hospitality Package

Available only during the Saturday, the Directors package at the Chelsea Flower Show is the perfect package for garden enthusiasts. Spend the day wandering through the oasis of gardens, in pure wonderment amongst the sights and scents of the world’s most famous flower show, then as the gardens and displays are dismantled during the final day at 4pm, guests can for the first time in the show buy plants from the gardens and displays.

Private Chelsea Pavilions are available for a minimum of 30 guests on the Saturday. Alternatively all numbers are welcome in the Chelsea Club, where private tables are guaranteed for ten guests.
