Tina Benson
Managing Director
Tina founded Team Tactics having come from a sales and sporting background, initially within IT, then with the sales & marketing of county cricket. Tina is responsible for bringing new ideas to the business and the client servicing of our major accounts. Rarely seen to be making a cup of tea in the office though often seen on the office floor in between calls with her dogs! Her love of the events industry is obvious and she cares passionately about maintaining and building relationships with our clients and genuinely strives to provide the right event for each and every client.
Charles Bird
Director of Sales and Operations
After 25 years of working in Wealth Management, Charles took a career change and venture in a completely different direction, corporate event management. Charles' favourite events are our GPS Treasure Hunts in and around London and also enjoys creating bespoke corporate events for clients.
Ellie Guscott
Senior Events Manager
Elle joined us from the performing arts industry, she brings a wealth of experience, talent and enthusiasm to her role as Event Manager at Team Tactics. Ellie represents Team Tactics at events and is the point of contact on the day for our clients, ensuring they have the best possible experience, Ellie is enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about her role and the clients she works with.
Paige Mackenzie
Events Manager
Paige is our dedicated Events Executive with a background in the Performing Arts and Hospitality industries. As a leading performer in musicals and a yoga teacher, Paige brings a unique blend of skills to our events. Her professional yet calm demeanour ensures seamless event delivery, while her commitment to exceptional customer service and organisation shines in every aspect of event preparation and hosting. With Paige's warm, positive attitude, each event promises an enjoyable experience for all involved.

Senior Planning and Operations Manager
Our dedicated events planner Abbie plans and creates remarkable events for Team Tactics. As a perfectionist every detail of your event is considered and planned meticulously. Abbie has years of experience in administrative roles and thrives off of being organised and communicating with clients and event managers to ensure no stone is left unturned.

Danielle brings a wealth of experience to the Team Tactics family having worked in the events team at a busy and iconic Kent venue. She enjoys supporting the sales team managing our existing clients and is always there to assist the team in achieving excellent events.

Our talented event planner Charlotte has experience working at weddings, restaurants, and in sales roles. She has developed an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional events.
