Team Tactics have provided hospitality events for over 14 years and have in depth experience in providing first-class corporate hospitality to some of the finest horse racing race events in the calendar including Cheltenham Festival Hospitality, Grand National Hospitality, Glorious Goodwood Hospitality, Royal Ascot Hospitality, Sandown Racecourse, Epsom Derby Hospitality, York Racecourse and Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Hospitality. All of these race courses provide some of the finest flat and National Hunt racing in the world.

Approximately 70% of our business comes from bespoke event management whether it is a bespoke horse racing event, a overseas golfing trip or creating or a conference with a difference. We are here to create the best horse racing event we can for you with the objective of keeping employees and clients engaged and motivated from such an event where tangible benefits can be shown from such an event.
From March, we start the horse racing season to a bang! The Cheltenham Festival is the first major National Hunt Meeting, gathering over 230,000 spectators to witness great horse racing and featuring The Cheltenham Gold Cup. In April there is an opportunity to watch the biggest steeplechase in the world from your own hospitality suite, The Grand National held in Aintree, Liverpool. Moving further south in June showcases the world's greatest flat race, The Derby at Epsom Racecourse where guests can capture the moment from their own Open Top Bus situated alongside the final furlong of the course. At York Racecourse, we offer truly fantastic northern hospitality at its best at The Ebor Festival and The Dante Stakes. At the peak of the summer, Glorious Goodwood, often described as the most beautiful racecourse in the world, offers glamour, horse racing and fine dining. Finally, last by no means least, scattered throughout different dates of the year, Team Tactics offers some exceptional bespoke horse racing entertainment at Sandown Racecourse.

Over five Epsom LIVE events during July 2010 we have created a unique event for you! Immerse yourself for an hour before the races at a top trainers yard with owner Simon Dow just a stone’s throw away from your seats. We will help demystify the mystery behind horse racing, breeding, betting and a general inside track into the world of race horsing. This will undoubtedly spark your imagination and knowledge of what you will then enjoy, great racing at Epsom Racecourse.
Epsom Live is a series of great value evening fixtures which take place every Thursday in July, where racing and music fans alike flock to Epsom to enjoy thrilling horseracing followed by a live outdoor concert featuring a host of acts from the 80’s, 90’s and today.

Hospitality at Cheltenham Festival
The Cheltenham Racing Festival is the biggest race in the National Hunt Season. It provides jumping enthusiasts with twenty of the most prestigious races across the three days. The crowd is now limited to 50,000 per day who come to watch the very best horses from Britain, Ireland and Europe. Be a part of this exciting Festival and join us in superb hospitality at Cheltenham.
The roar of the crowd as the tapes rise for the first race of the Cheltenham Festival each year tells you everything you need to know - 12 months of waiting is over! Over the course of the week, around 230,000 people will be here to witness the action and soak up the atmosphere and across the country, well over £500 million will be wagered on the outcome of the 26 races. Total Prize Money in 2009 is £3.67m, an astonishing average of £141,000 for each Cheltenham Festival race.

The Grand National is the most famous steeplechase in the world, and a corporate entertaining at Aintree is an unforgettable experience. The Grand National continues to grow in popularity at the famous Liverpool Racecourse. On Saturday, over 650 million viewers from all over the world witness the Grand National race. Come and let us entertain you at The Grand National! In 2010 last year The Grand National was won by joint favourite Don't Push It and jockey Tony McCoy. This was Tony McCoy's 15th attempt and was a triumphant win. Make sure you don't miss out on your chance to be a part of this magical race next year in 2011!
