Looking for a fun alternative to the Office Christmas Party? Get your team into the festive spirit with an exciting charity treasure hunt through the heart of London!
Teams will be given an iPad mini loaded with our unique GPS treasure hunt, featuring an interactive map and live scoreboard. Navigate the city, visit iconic London landmarks and complete hilarious photo and video challenges, Christmas trivia and location-based tasks — all against the clock!
But there’s a charitable twist. Each team receives a cash budget to purchase essential items from our charity shopping list, supporting two fantastic local charities: Porchlight, helping homeless and vulnerable people across Kent, and Catching Lives, supporting people experiencing homelessness in Canterbury and Kent.
With London transformed into a winter wonderland, it’s the perfect way to enjoy the sights, have plenty of laughs and make a real difference this Christmas.

What to Expect & Gameplay
How far can your team stretch a cash budget to collect essential items for charity this Christmas?
1. Arrival & Briefing
Collect your iPad Mini, charity shopping list and team budget. We’ll give you a full briefing before you head off into London.
2. The Challenge
Use the GPS-enabled iPad to navigate our game map with London’s hotspots, unlock challenges, crack clues and purchase essential charity items. Complete hilarious tasks, festive questions, earn points and watch your team climb the live leaderboard!
3. The Finish
Return to base to reveal the final scores, celebrate your achievements and collect your medals. We’ll also send everyone a link to the event photos — and you’ll leave knowing your team has helped make a genuine difference to people in need.

Christmas Treasure Hunts FAQs
Treasure Hunts are one of our most successful events and involve the latest technology. You are given an iPad mini complete with an interactive map, live scoreboard and instant messaging service, which will help teams navigate themselves around the hot spots which are packed with a festive frenzy of hilarious photo and video challenges, general Christmas trivia questions and location-specific tasks. Using GPS technology, the iPad will only reveal the questions when the team is located close to the spot providing an exciting race against time in the heart of London at Christmas.
Apart from being Christmas themed with participants wearing Christmas outfits, teams get to see the capital transformed into its usual winter wonderland with festive decorations.
We can also add a Christmas lunch or dinner to your event at a venue of your choice so you can celebrate the winners and party on into the evening.
Our Christmas treasure hunts range for a group size from 10 people up to 1000’s. We can and do create events for smaller numbers but the price per person would be higher to reflect the small number.
The Christmas GPS treasure hunt is based in central London. We have several locations including: Covent Garden, Tower Bridge, Southbank & The City which will be decorated in spectacular style for Christmas.
Christmas treasure hunts provide several benefits for the team including better communication, team unity and increased productivity. Spending some time out of the office environment with your colleagues is important for team morale and makes them feel valued. Team building events at Christmas are the perfect time to celebrate and recognise the hard work that your team has put into the company and give them a chance to be incentivised.
Most of our events are competitive team events, leading to one team being crowned the winner! For most of these, we will provide either medals or a bottle of fizz for the winning team. However, we do always encourage extra prizes for your team. You know your team the best, so why not order them a nice extra gift to get as a prize? Other ideas include giving the winning team an extra day off as a holiday or letting them leave early on a Friday. The possibilities are endless!
Our office Christmas party activities range in price depending on the activity chosen, the number of participants and the date of the activity. All prices are subject to VAT. Please get in touch for a bespoke price for your group.
