Watts Sustainable

This is a one-of-a-kind CSR event, unique to Team Tactics.

Created by our experienced events team, it focuses on bringing teams together in a format that’s fun, inclusive, and thought-provoking.

The game is designed to encourage team bonding while raising awareness of our world and the impact we have on it.

Groups are split into teams and equipped with an iPad loaded with an interactive map, ready to explore.

Different areas of the map focus on key themes:

Teams decide which area or theme to tackle first. Within each, they’ll face a mix of general trivia, table-top activities and physical challenge stations around the room for teams to vacate to – engaging different strengths and skill sets across the group.

Points are up for grabs, and the team with the most can proudly declare themselves the office eco-champions!

Each theme is designed to educate in a fun and sustainable way. For example, in the “Recycle” theme, participants take on the “Clean the Planet” challenge—playing a twist on the classic “Hook a Duck” fairground game. But here, the ducks represent the harmful plastic polluting our oceans, turning a familiar game into a meaningful lesson.
