Our luxuriously appointed marquees for Royal Ascot are situated in the Imperial Courtyard, a lovely wooded lawn enclosure conveniently positioned between the Silver Ring and the Grandstand. The arrangements include admission to the Grandstand & Paddock enclosure. This high quality facility provides superb value for money for such a high profile event.

Grandstand Boxes are a highly sought after hospitality facility at Royal Ascot. These boxes are positioned close to the track either past the winning post with a 'head-on' view, whilst others are before the winning post enabling guests fabulous views of the horses as they race to the finish line.
Each box consists of a private dining room with a large flat screen TV, a balcony overlooking the track, a barand private kitchen shared by the adjoining box.

Superb entertaining facilities at Royal AscotOption 3 - Sandringham Restaurant at Royal Ascot - Trackside entertaining at Royal Ascot
A new facility for 2010 and just simply fantastic, track side entertaining at Royal Ascot. The Sandringham Restaurant is a first floor facility situated to the left of The Grandstand at Ascot Racecourse. This hospitality facility at Royal Ascot is situated right in the heart of the action for everything. Highly recommended.
Honest, key points to consider:
- A great spot to entertain clients at Royal Ascot, you won't be disappointed. Guests will almost be able to touch the racehorses as they pass by.
Please note: We are also able to offer official hospitalty on the 1st floor of this structure called Carriages Restaurant. Slightly more pricey than The Sandringham Restaurant, possibly due to a better vantage point from the 1st floor and a five course lunch as opposed to a four course lunch. Trackside viewing in the Sandringham RestaurantOption 4 - Old Paddock Restaurant - non-viewing facility at Royal Ascot
The Old Paddock Restaurant is situated in the more traditional building behind the Grandstand, overlooking the pre-parade ring and Saddling Boxes. This facility again, is situated in the heart of Royal Ascot with perfect access to the lawns below the restaurant, as well as easy access to both the Pre-Parade Ring and the Parade Ring.
Honest key points to consider:
- A smaller, more personal facility with a capacity for 220 guests. A first floor restaurant - no direct access to balcony but floor to ceiling windows
- We love this facility, offering a good value entertaining package at Royal Ascot but with the added benefit of being in the midst of Royal Ascot, its tradition, fashion and best horseracing in the UK.
