We’re incredibly proud to share that Team Tactics is now officially a Certified B Corporation, verified as meeting B Lab’s standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

Those of you who have been following our B Corp Diaries or have worked with us for some time may be familiar with our journey – a process that’s taken over two years and brought its fair share of learnings and challenges.

Achieving B Corp Certification is a huge milestone for us as a business and a team, and it feels important as we mark Team Tactics’ 30th anniversary to embed our purpose and plans for positive impact in our company DNA to guide us into the next chapter.

What B Corp Certification mean for Team Tactics

B Corp Certification, awarded by B Lab, recognises businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental business practices and represents a commitment to goals outside of shareholder profit.

The rigorous assessment addresses the entirety of a business’ operations and covers five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers.

As a Certified B Corp, Team Tactics joins a global community of 9,000 businesses taking part in collective action to work towards a more inclusive, equitable, and fair economy.

The assessment required us to look at every aspect of our business, from how we design and deliver our team building activities, to the partners we work with and the decisions we make behind the scenes.

What does B Corp Certification mean for our clients?

For our clients, this milestone reinforces what they can expect from working with us:

  • A partner committed to ethical business practices, transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Engaging, high-quality corporate events designed around your goals.
  • More sustainable event practices, from thoughtful sourcing to reducing waste and making more responsible operational choices.

Creating corporate events that do more

For nearly 30 years, we’ve been delivering corporate events and team building experiences across the UK and internationally, helping organisations bring their people together in meaningful ways.

In recent years, we’ve continued to evolve our approach, developing team experiences that go beyond engagement alone.

From our Wheels for Walkies challenges to charity treasure hunts, we’ve worked closely with clients and charity partners to deliver tangible, real-world impact. We’ve seen first-hand how powerful these shared experiences can be in strengthening teams, driving business value, and making a genuine difference to communities.

At the same time, we’re seeing a clear shift in what organisations want from their corporate events. Workplace volunteering and CSR activities offer a number of productivity, profit and wellbeing benefits to businesses, while helping them give back and make a meaningful difference.

Our B Corp Certification formalises our commitment and strengthens our mission to create experiences that benefit both people and the planet, and to bring the impact of CSR-led team building to more organisations.

We’re just getting started

While we’re incredibly proud to have achieved B Corp Certification, we know the journey doesn’t stop here. With a score of 84.6, surpassing the 80-point threshold, we’ve reached an important milestone, but we also recognise there’s more to do. Maintaining our certification means continuing to challenge ourselves, improving our practices, and evolving alongside the latest B Corp standards.

The process has given us a clear framework to keep moving forward, helping us do better for our team, our clients, our communities and the environment. We’ll be continuing to share our progress through via our B Corp Diaries, so watch this space.

If you’d like to learn more about the wide-ranging impacts of CSR-led team building, or explore how your next event can do more, we’d love to hear from you.
