‘Tis the Season to be Merry, appreciate those around you, and look forward to a (hopefully) prosperous year ahead. While it is great fun to treat your colleagues to festive cheer with a Christmas Team Building Event, why not combine it with helping out those who are less fortunate? Here are 4 of our Charity Christmas Events which you can enjoy while giving a little something back…
Cakes for Charity
Join us for our exciting cakes for charity event! Challenge your teams to create a confectionary masterpiece with our exciting challenges. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere and combine a unique corporate event with a charitable element. Our master baker will show you the ropes and guide you as you attempt to master the art of baking. This bespoke 2 hour baking experience is an ideal afternoon team building event and can be enjoyed in our professional kitchens in central London. Remember, the cakes are supposed to be donated to a charity of your choice at the end so don’t eat all of them! To add a festive element, why not try the ‘The Great Christmas Gingerbread Challenge’.
Charity Treasure Hunt
By far our most popular event, Team Tactics’ team building treasure hunts are competitive, highly participative events, not to mention exceedingly fun! Our hunts offer a fantastic challenge for our clients as they race against the clock, and their colleagues in other teams, to score as many points as possible. Using our unique GPS App, teams must work together to assure victory; this is a great way to improve communication, encourage creativity, and to take in the local sights and sounds.
We have various GPS hunts available: Bright Lights of London (a customisable GPS Hunt, now available in any city), Game of Zones (Currently available in Westminster or Tower Bridge areas) and Cab Clue Trial. All of our GPS hunts have corresponding Christmas versions (also customisable). We have teamed up with Demelza Hospice Care For Children so that teams have to hunt certain items that the charity needs for their hospices, you can reinforce your company’s values while having a lot of fun!
Build a Bike for Charity
Build A Bike For Charity offers something different to participants by combining the enjoyment of team building along with making a genuine difference to the lives of others. This activity includes exciting challenges, including acquiring additional parts and materials, to engage all of the participants.
The Build A Bike For Charity is a proven way to improve the communication and corporation of your teams with plenty of laughter along the way. The team which complete their challenge fastest will be declared the winner and will then be encouraged to help the other teams. A lasting legacy is created from this event by the donation of your finished product. Most importantly this will be a stimulating event to be enjoyed by all participants!
Build a Wendy House for Charity
The Build a Wendy house for Charity offers something completely different to participants by combining both the enjoyment of a team building challenge, along with increasing your social responsibility within the community by making a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
This empowering activity builds upon our ongoing success with the ‘Build a Bike for Charity’ event. This event can be run indoors or outdoors, from 20 persons upwards. Working in teams of 8-10, teams will be tasked to build, design, paint and decorate their own fun house.
The Wendy Houses will be delivered to your chosen charity where they are sure to be welcomed by the charity with open arms!
