We’ll kick things off with a full rundown of the game, the rules, and what’s at stake. Your host will set the scene and get the energy going before the competition begins.
Then the fun starts. Teams go head-to-head across a packed mix of:
Decade-spanning iPad trivia — video missions, photo challenges, and iconic moments from across the years
Tabletop challenges — brainteasers, Rubix cube, and design deck tasks to test creative thinking
Physical challenges — quoits, helmet hoopla, hook-a-duck, scooter slalom, cartoon poster, and guess the sweets
Scooter assembly — hit key point milestones to unlock scooter parts and race to build your team’s scooter
When time is up. Results are in, medals are awarded, and your completed scooters are donated to charity, turning a brilliant day into something feel-good.

The Team Tactics team were great in helping to organise this session in the limited timescales we have and with the flexibility to run this session from our office, in a shortened timescale. Our team is largely remote which can mean organising events in person can be difficult as we're not always sure who will actually turn up! Team Tactics were patient with this and accommodating as we had to change the numbers a couple of times leading up to the event.
