‘Terrarium Workshops’ offer a creative, nature-inspired team experience where participants create beautiful miniature indoor gardens.
Guided by expert facilitators, teams learn how to layer natural materials, arrange plants, and create a thriving terrarium ecosystem inside a glass container.
It’s relaxed, step-by-step, and genuinely accessible — no green fingers required. What tends to happen is that people settle into the rhythm of it, start chatting, and leave feeling noticeably lighter than when they arrived.
At the end of the session, each participant takes home their own living terrarium – a lasting green reminder of the experience and a beautiful addition to any workspace or home.

Your team arrives to find terrarium kits set out on the tables, with all materials ready to go. Our facilitators welcome the group and introduce the basics of terrarium building, including how these miniature ecosystems work.
Participants are guided step-by-step through the process of building their terrariums — layering substrates, arranging plants, and adding decorative elements. The session runs at a relaxed pace, with facilitators on hand to guide, answer questions, and help participants shape their designs.
The workshop finishes with a chance to share and admire everyone’s creations, followed by simple care tips so each terrarium continues to thrive long after the session ends.

Our team is largely remote which can mean organising events in person can be difficult as we're not always sure who will actually turn up! Team Tactics were patient with this and accommodating as we had to change the numbers a couple of times leading up to the event.
