Sheer exhilaration!!!
Nothing comes close the excitement and fun of a Rib (Rigid Inflatable Boats) Treasure Hunt. Our fleet of matched 8 metre ribs powered by 225HP engines are capable of stunning speeds and yet ultimately controllable in all sea states, Rib charter is different from the norm - both exciting and memorable.
The Ribs are a huge adrenaline thrill. Combined with a Treasure Hunt we have created a fabulous ½ or full day event.

Rib Treasure Hunt teams have both land and sea clues to be solved in several locations.
After a relaxed breakfast at the Yacht Haven Marina in Lymington, allowing guests to enjoy the superb views of the Western Solent, it’s off to the Moorings to ‘kit up’ for the Sea. Each team is then issued with their own 8 seater RIB (it can take 9 but is more comfortable with 8!) plus a highly qualified skipper along with maps, charts, logbook, stopwatches, polaroid cameras, and Bribery Fund. Our fully qualified skippers act as tutor and guide and help teams get the best from the day.
We then head out into the Solent whilst each team plans its strategy during the ‘buoy to buoy navigation’. Typically, seeing a line of identical sparkling clean RIBS travelling at up to 44 knots is a thrill and watching your colleagues alongside in their RIBS is truly an exciting experience.
Treasure Hunt Stops...
There are various locations that are picked and sometimes may vary depending upon the weather. Our aim is for ultimate enjoyment and safety. At each location, the teams compete for points, which are skewed heavily towards those who show both teamwork and creativity. The photographs are particularly important as are the various homemade items that teams will need to have ready for the final prize giving – an event not to be missed.

Optional Extra...
If you want even more exhilaration, Team Tactics offers 1½ hours of expert tuition in Climbing and Abseiling at Calshot Activity Centre. Situated in a unique position on the shores of the Solent, its magnificent setting gives immediate access from the RIBS. Ashore, historic Hangars accommodate a state of the art climbing complex, the only indoor Velodrome in Southern England and a dry Ski Slope.
The climbing wall at Calshot presents a challenge to all standards of climber from novice to expert. It has over 570 sq metres of climbing surface, ranging from easy angled faces for the novice to our 13 metre overhanging lead wall for the experts. Our bouldering facilities include a 50²m traversing wall, campus board and a fully matted bouldering wall.

- Participants will need a reasonable level of physical health rather than fitness. This event is unsuitable for those with knee, hip, back, neck or weight problems and those who are pregnant.
