In teams of 5, you will collaborate to create a prosthetic hand for individuals in developing countries.
This event offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact lives while also boosting morale, enhancing communication, and strengthening teamwork. Although the event has a serious theme, it is designed to be engaging and enjoyable. Your team will collaborate in new ways, facing a challenging yet rewarding task. With excellent communication and teamwork, your group will successfully build a prosthetic hand and make a huge difference to someone’s life.

Our experienced event managers will welcome your team, introduce the activity, explain it’s purpose, and begin the challenge.
We’ll kick things off with a fun LEGO energiser that teams quickly get stuck into. Then it’s on to the first challenge: building the prosthetic hand – expect fun twists that add a little extra challenge!
Next, you’ll get creative by designing a bag and writing a personal letter for its recipient.
We’ll finish with team photos and a short reflection, celebrating your team’s effort and the difference you’ve made.

Everyone did such a great job and I love the fact that its a CSR event but its different to what other companies offer. Anyone who is an animal lover will want to do this. The Team Tactics team were great in helping to organise this session in the limited timescales we have and with the flexibility to run this session from our office, in a shortened timescale. Ellie was a great events lead, bringing energy (as well as getting everyone to settle down where excited!) to our group who were definitely very pleased with the activity. Our team is largely remote which can mean organising events in person can be difficult as we're not always sure who will actually turn up! Team Tactics were patient with this and accommodating as we had to change the numbers a couple of times leading up to the event.
On the day it was great to have an event planner and the ipads tracking the opposing teams scores were fun but also slick.Yuletide Treasure Hunts

The event itself was fantastically run. I’d arranged to have a telephone call with Jem the day before where we discussed exactly what I wanted to achieve from this workshop and how it would interlink with our main goals as a company for this year. The event was A HIT!!! Everyone really seemed to love it! I’m so so thankful to you and your team for all efforts to make this happen (especially with the late notice). We’re still in the process of gathering formal feedback from the attendees, but so far it’s definitely one of the favorite portions of the programming.

We recently participated in a fantastic team event hosted by Team Tactics. It was an incredible experience for a worthy cause. This was our second time working with them, and once again, they did not disappoint. Ellie and her team were fabulous hosts, ensuring that everyone had a great time. I just wanted to say an absolutely huge thank you for making the Bupa Team Health Challenge at the London stadium in September such a success! We were absolutely delighted with the final output and the experience we created for our guests.

Thank you for the follow up email. Employee feedback was that they enjoyed seeing other colleagues and the informality of being together. There’s an intrinsic value to that time together that’s often underestimated. Many of our colleagues don’t have an office environment or set working location, and for them it was especially enjoyable. We booked the sound bath for 160 team members (in two groups of 80) The feedback from the team has been phenomenal. Some colleagues were highly sceptical/curious about this type of activity. The staff, the ambience, the instructor - nothing to fault. Highly recommend.Alice
