Everyone did such a great job and I love the fact that its a CSR event but its different to what other companies offer. Anyone who is an animal lover will want to do this. The Team Tactics team were great in helping to organise this session in the limited timescales we have and with the flexibility to run this session from our office, in a shortened timescale. Ellie was a great events lead, bringing energy (as well as getting everyone to settle down where excited!) to our group who were definitely very pleased with the activity. Dealing with Team Tactics was so easy. They had a tall ask from us, with not a lot of notice. They pulled it out of the bag. The venue was fantastic (attendees described it to me as "inspiring"), and the day ran smoothly. Our team is largely remote which can mean organising events in person can be difficult as we're not always sure who will actually turn up! Team Tactics were patient with this and accommodating as we had to change the numbers a couple of times leading up to the event.

The event itself was fantastically run. I’d arranged to have a telephone call with Jem the day before where we discussed exactly what I wanted to achieve from this workshop and how it would interlink with our main goals as a company for this year. Tasked with providing a team building activity indoors as part of a conference offers clear guidelines to event organisers. With theatre style, delegates will be seated in rows, like the theatre. There is limited movement of delegates, and any event will need to take this into account. The Haka, Drumming, One Voice or Thriller Experience are the perfect fit to this event brief.
Your brief is to provide an engaging, collaborative event with an existing cabaret layout in situ. Consider The Bigger Picture or Around the World. Cabaret seating is seating around round tables, but half of the table is not used, so that all delegates can view the front of the room without having to turn their heads or chairs to view the projector or speaker. This is ideal for event organisers and generally we will use tables and teams.
